This is because you have to constantly meet to make sure you're all going in the right direction and are all on track. Whether those working with you are paid or unpaid also makes a great difference.If it's just you, how much do you know about programming? Do you have software like Game Maker, or ActionScript...or will you have to code from scratch? What engine are you using? Do you have all the proper licenses you need?How much time do you have to devote to it? Is there time for feedback and iteration? For playtesting?What's the scope of your game? If it's really simple, great. But if you have tons of levels and tons of complicated mechanics...it will probably take longer than a month.

Delete the uninstall file from the default game directory. So your father wont be able to delete it from Control Panel. If your father is smart enough he might still delete your entire game directory so better hide it into a safe place. My recommendation is to move your game to Roaming folder because you cant find it while normal searching Local Disk. You have to type %appdata% on the search bar to get there.
