Im going to an under 18's club tonight, and im having my hair down. But it is quite short, just abit above my shoulders and the back bit always flicks out?! I dont have time to go out and buy some hair stuff to stop this from happening, so i'll tell you what i have at home and could you please tell me if i can do anything, to stop my hair flicking at the back, with what i have? I'm in a similar situation and i'm loving every minute of my new-found freedom! I work quite long hours and it's great just getting back to my own flat, sticking on the tv and putting my feet up, reading, listening to music, meeting up with my mates, phoning my mates etc. I usually spend most of the night on my PC, and yeah i do miss cuddles and things, but i'm much happier now than when i was in the bad relationship there. Oh dear.Dorrance Publishing is a vanity press.Like all vanity presses, it seems they have taken your money for their services and the laughed all the way to the bank.That amazon page is atrocious and misses everything important. You need a new professionally designed cover, you need a blurb, you need a digital version of your book—I assure you that although you likely can order the book from a bookstore, it is not available in virtually any brick and mortar store anywhere. There are no reviews, so no copies were distributed toward that end, and I would imagine there has been no marketing. That video on your author website is not a sufficient book trailer and was created by someone with no idea how book trailers work.You’ve been duped. I hope that you did not sell your rights to Dorrance. You’d better take a look at your “publishing” contract. As it stands, your book is in the worst possible position, no amount of publicity is likely to help.That’s what a vanity press does. They take your money and your book and then do the bare minimum they can to get that book technically published—as in, available for someone to find and purchase, with or without jumping through hoops to do so—because their model is to take your money. They can’t do that if they invest real money in a cover, editor, advertising. This information is everywhere across the Internet.Whatever you paid them is gone. Save money again, approach a real editor first, rename the manuscript and make substantial edits, I guarantee the book needs them without having to read the book. Then get yourself a real cover artist if you believe you need to self publish. Then hire a blurb writer. Then start advertising.You will probably still not sell many copies, if any, but as it is right now I’d be shocked if you sold a single book to a reader who does not know you personally. Hello, A girl becomes a woman in my opinion when she is able to make the right choices. She may know what the right choices were previously, yet she was to immature or felt as though she was still young enough with getting away with not doing what was clearly a better choice for her. Relying on her age to get her out of bad decisions is a sign of immaturity. Making a choice that benefits her life and helps build a future is a positive one, and takes a woman to see that life is a direct result of the choices we all make, and only making ones that have a positive outcome are good ones. An example? Why do girls want to date guys who are into trouble and ride motorcycles when they are young, and then realize you cant raise a family by spending all you money in a club, or on shoes, or dating a dead beat dude. For a new comforter think long range and get a basic and spice up the bed with throw pillows. They are easy to recover if you change decorating schemes in a few years, whereas the comforter can be reused with new pictures or decorations. Many comforters are reversible to a second color. Look for closeout now or after back to school (about August). Buy the best for the least amount of money. Make sure it is washable, that will save you money if you don't have to dryclean. You don't want the filling shifting after a few washes. By a new lampshade, and use an old lamp. Decorate the lamp maybe by painting it flat or shiny and adding beads to the shade. It's cheaper adding then buying premade with beads. You can also stamp or squiggle zebra lines on a plain white shade with acrylic paint. You would only need a 2 ounce jar, and a small brush, but if you buy one buy a fabric painting brush and wash out the paint with warm water and hand soap before it dries on the brush.
