I can’t imagine anyone who hasn’t had to deal with quite a few.I think my most memorable one was when I needed help with my computer.I am pretty tech savvy but this guy was talking on a level that would only make sense to someone who was specifically trained in computer repair. I told him that he was talking over my level of understanding and he said “Of course I am. Everyone who calls this line is too stupid to even own a computer, much less do anything to fix one!”I explained that if he simply slowed down and took it step by step, I would easily be able to keep up to which he replied “ No you won’t. I can tell just by your last few words that you are another useless housewife that shouldn’t even try doing an email.”As you can imagine, I was not a happy camper and immediately asked to speak with his supervisor to which he replied “ Why would I do that? All you want to do is get me in trouble because you can’t do what I do.” To which I replied, “ You mean you think that I am also incapable of having a conversation with a human being and treat them with a modicum of respect? That I would be incapable of answering a simple question with a simple answer? That I would be incapable of speaking with someone and not insult them with every word I spoke? Well, unlike you, I actually know how to interact with people and now I want to be transferred to your boss!”He hung up on me instead!!What the genius seemed to have forgotten was he gave me his name at the beginning of the call and that all calls are recorded!!As soon as I called back, I was immediately transferred to a supervisor by another technician, who by the way, fixed my initial problem in less than a minute.I received a gift card that I could use at their store and a letter of apology a week later.

Companies should have a 1–800 number, customer service number or FAQ section. Though not all companies do. Some make it difficult or want you to email them only. Not a very open or customer oriented company, ones that hide behind email or make it difficult for you!

How do I complaint about FedEx Customer Service?
Call the 1-800-GoFedex number, and when you get a Customer Service Rep, ask to speak with the Customer Advocacy Team (C.A.T) (Tell the CSR that you are calling to complain about a previous CSR - it is helpful to have the tracking number of the package that was involved in the earlier conversation.) The CSR may have a couple questions - but they will try to get you through to the CAT as soon as possible. Note - *every* *single* call that goes to Fedex is recorded.
