Help Redeeming Diablo III reaper of souls?
First I downloaded Diablo III starter edition and stopped until the skeleton king. Then decided to buy Diablo III. In Best Buy I found Diablo III and Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. I was not sure what to buy so I asked an employee, he told me that are pretty much the same, only that Diablo RoS would save me the time of downloading the patch. I decided to purchase RoS. When I arrived excitedly at home to redeem my code I had the following problem: The battle.net claim code site marked me an error that said 'YOU NEED THE BASE GAME FOR THIS EXPANSION'. What should I/can I do? * Do I need to buy both Of the sets? (Diablo 3 + Diablo RoS) * Should I return the game and buy the first Diablo? I appreciate your help ;)
When I buy Diablo 3 Do i Get Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls?
Reaper of Souls is the expansion set for Diablo III that adds more content including a new character class and a new story mode act. It does NOT come with Diablo III. It is sold separately. You need to have Diablo III to play it. I think right now the base game is on sale for like $20, down from $40. Reaper of Souls is another $40 for the standard edition. You can also get the Digital a Deluxe edition for $60 which has bonuses like player portraits for StarCraft II, banners to use in multiplayer, and a pet for World of Warcraft. You also get additional character slots to make characters. There's also a physical collectors edition which I think was about $80 that came with some physical goodies in addition to the digital deluxe bonuses.

The Person above me is clearly trying to scam the TS. 1. Blizzard sells the game for $39.99 USD. Why in the hell would they want to pay $43.00 to buy it off some 3rd party website when half their keys are mostly stolen or obtained illegitimately. . 2. you're only posting the coupon code because most likely you're an affiliate trying to make money of other people. On topic: No there is no way to get Diablo 3 expansion any cheaper than their MSRP. Your best bet would be to wait until they have a sale, or purchase from a store with trade ins. (Gamestop/EBgames) Any site selling Keys below MSRP probably did not obtain the keys legally. Common sense people : if it's too good to be true it's probably a scam.

What's the difference between Diablo 3 and Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls?
Diablo 3 is the original game and Reaper of Souls is an expansion pack to it. RoS adds on even more content such as a new class, lands and bosses and various other new changes/features. The Ultimate Evil Edition is just both games combined together so you don't have to buy them separately. The UEE is tuned differently to play on a console is all, to my knowledge there isn't anything else special about it.
