To calculate the molarity, express the volume of water in liters. 1000 ml = 1 liter, so 88.3 mls = 88.3 mls / (1000 mls / liter) = 0.0883 liters. The molarity is therefore 0.14 moles / 0.0883 liters = 1.59 molar.

FYI: I used the volume of the water without adding the volume of the propanol. This is because propanol is soluble in water and adding just 8 mls to 88 mls of water does not change the volume. Adding a teaspoon of sugar to a cup of coffee does not change the volume, either.
