There is no way to send ‘bulk’ emails on LinkedIn. the invite message cant be altered or added to. Yahoo changed this due to spammers. once the person clicks the join link in that invite, it'll direct them to your join page nd also have a link to visit the groups home page. you'reonly other option is sending an e-mail ahead of the invite, explaining the group and that an invite was sent to them.
