How Far Is 9 Davis Ave From Wellington Place In Toronto Canada

What is the longest street in Toronto?

Yonge Street is clearly the longest street, overall, of any street that comes into Toronto. However, Steeles Avenue, which runs from the Mississauga border to the Pickering border, is the one that is the longest that runs entirely within Toronto (although half of it is in York Region). It’s longer than Eglinton, which is constrained by Lake Ontario to the east, and it’s longer than Lawrence, which stops just short of the Mississauga border even though it goes slightly further east than Steeles because the border of Toronto extends a little further east that close to Lake Ontario.Steeles is also a long street - it peters out when it reaches the Niagara Escarpment just west of Milton. On the east, it turns into Taunton when it enters Durham, and Taunton extends very far to the east as well.Highway 401, which extends from east to west across the city and doesn’t run in a straight line, is slightly longer than Steeles, but it isn’t really a street now is it!

Is University of Toronto as good as top USA's universities?

I agree with the consensus here. The last worldwide ranking that U of T received was 22nd in the world. That puts it on par with most of the elite private universities in the US and well ahead of almost all the big state universities in the US. There’s certainly nothing wrong with U of T’s faculty, which includes a Nobel Prize winner. It’s also quite selective, particularly in popular programs like pharmacy science. That being said, here in Canada, it does not get high marks from undergraduates at any of its three campuses. Although many of its science and engineering programs are good, they’re all packed. The university has more than 50,000 students at any given time so undergraduates are often seen as a “necessary evil”. That being said, it’s graduate programs in medicine and law are at or near the top.Let’s put it this way - no employer is going to see “University of Toronto” on your resume and think that it was your “safe school” or that you didn’t get a good education and work for your degree.

What would be a unique but outstanding place to have a wedding in Toronto?

Old Mill Toronto is one of the outstanding place to have a wedding. It is an event centre that has been up and running since 1914. The address for this centre is: 21 Old Mill Road, in Toronto, Ontario. The Old Mill is a heritage event centre, which offers hotel rooms, spa services, restaurants, banquet facilities and more. This site has beautiful gardens, streams, tea gardens, wild life and more, all centred in the bustling city of Toronto, making it a perfect wedding destination spot. The Old Mill has a beautiful on site chapel for those of religious backgrounds, offering stained glass and high cathedral ceilings. For those who are non religious, this site also offers alternative ballrooms to hold ceremonies, and many options for wedding receptions. The Humber river is located close by to the Old Mill, with stone pathways leading down the gardens. This site has been a part of Canadian heritage for many years, as Etienne Brule, was the first explorer to have found and viewed the Humber river. Trading became rampant along the Humber river, and many mills were built and became profitable along the river. Eventually, the Old Mill tea garden was built in 1914, and it acted as a news and events centre for those living in the residential development area nearby. You can see a real wedding example at Satomi & Roman | Fantastic Work

For working in big American companies, should I attend the University of Waterloo or Georgia Tech as an undergrad for CS?

If you’re picking between two greats schools (personally don’t know about Georgia Tech, but have heard good things) then you should look outside just the career likelihood at a few fortune 500 companies. University has a lot going on, and not all of it is school or work related.
