How Long Do I Have To Wait After Eating Lemon Or Milk To Drink The Opposite

How long should you wait to drink(alcohol), after eating food?

It depends on you... you'll never know until a couple of hours after you've started drinking. For me if I start drinking RIGHT after I finish eating I'm fine, although I get pretty messed up. It also depends on how much you move around after you start drinking and what you drink. A 40 of beer isn't going to make you puke, not even if you haven't eaten.

The whole point of eating before drinking is to eliminate hangovers the next morning, however it helps to absorb the liquor after it enters your stomach making it easier to digest and pass through your system which in turn makes you less likely to throw up.

Your body perceives liquor as a poison and attempts to get it out of your body hence the whole puking thing...

How long should I wait to drink alcohol after eating?

Depends what you're drinking! And how thirsty you are. Good beer ie 6% or more works well pretty soon, but if you're going for cognac, I'd say it'll take around 30 minutes. Wine is good, but get the 14% and even after food, you should feel the effects after a bottle, and just keep going. Are you drinking alone?

2) I eat a handful of almonds (bout 6) in the morning before going to work with the milk and 6 at night before bed

3)Most importantly for skin I drink approx 3 litres of water a day....cold, hot with lemon, hot by itself (anything I just drink it all day throughout my meals (I am addicted now and notice my skin getting Betterr every single day!!!!)
BUT DONT DRINK TOO MUCH WATER ALL AT ONCE...OR U WILL MAKE YOURSELF ILL!!!

Can drinking milk and orange juice make you sick ?

Don't bother asking because you will think that everything you read can make you sick. It can, but only if you become contaminated by it. Now, if you have a weak resistance level to germs and get sick easily than I don't recommend that you mix milk and orange juice. Orange Juice is pretty pathetic in that direction but what's really bad is lemon juice and milk. Lemons are extremely acidic unlike milk that's basic. Thus, the two opposite ends oppose each other and your stomach is worse off for it.
