My new doctor has me taking 40mg Oxycontin 4x daily (160mg daily) AND 40mg Oxycodone IR EVERY 3-4 hours if needed for SEVERE spine injury. Is potentially several hundred MG's of Oxycodone non-lethal if you have a tolerance? I've been on opiods for 10 years now, so I do have a tolerance. I was previously taking Methadone and Oxycodone but this is what my new doc put me on. Oh and if you're one of those idiots who want to bash people for having to take pain meds to live a normal life - DON'T bother responding with your BS!!!
