How Long Will It Be Before A Player Gets A Bigger Contract Than A-rod

MLB player contracts re-negotiable? Restructured?changed?

It is possible, but fairly rare. MLB contracts are guaranteed, as noted earlier; the money is (or should be, if the GM and his minions are not complete dolts) considered a sunk cost.

And, the MLBPA will have a hand in approving any renegotiations. The most common type, and "common" doesn't really apply since renegs are rare, is a player getting an extension (possibly as a condition for approving a trade) that overrides whatever seasons were remaining on his existing contract, usually going for a longer term, possibly sacrificing some money up front (bigger pie, smaller pieces).

Alex Rodriguez was willing to reneg the remainder of his $252M/10 year contract he signed with the Rangers prior to the 2001 season, in order to get traded to Boston. But the MLBPA vetoed the proposal, probably because it cost ARod some money by some calculation. And he ended up in da Bronx instead.

Who is stronger, A-Rod, Manny Ramerez, Big Poopy, Kevin Jewkilis, Mark McGwire, or Derek Jeter?

Big Poppi would win a fight

A-Rod is the strongest

Alex Rodriguez says that people hate him because he is biracial. What are his two races?

I think he was misquoted or misspoke because he is not biracial...on the Michael Kay show he said he that he knows a-rod very well and just thinks he mis-spoke...i am in NYC and like a-rod very much...i think he is one of the best ball players to ever play the game, but cares to much what people think of him...i think if he does well this October all the criticism will be gone
