How Many Cubic Yards Are There In A Sofa

If something is 2.4 cubic feet, how long and how wide is it?

Could be several of the 3 dimensions that it takes to make a cubic figure such as your 2.4 c/f. It needs both depth, length and width. And to figure out any of those 3 exact, you need 2 of the numbers. GL

What fits in 142 cubic feet trailer?

OK, the product of length width and height = 142. You need to know the dimensions to be sure. If the trailer is 5.3 x 5.3 x 5.3, the volume is 143 cubic feet. If either piece has a dimension > 5.3 ft (63.6 inches) it won't fit in the trailer. Similarly, (being ridiculous to make a point) if the trailer is 1 inch x 1 inch by 20,448 ft, they won't fit either.

How much area would a 0.5 cubic feet cover?

6 inches x 6 inches 6"x6" not very much. Dont know about pounds.

How big is 2,000 square feet?

It's an average sized home in some areas (like bigger cities) and and in other areas it might be considered to be a bigger sized house. The way you calculate the square feet of anything is to multiple the width by the length. For example if a room is 12 ft wide X 12 ft. long that makes it 144 square ft. Usually when they say a home is 2000 square feet that is only taking the ground floor and 2nd floor into account. The basement is not included in those numbers. At least in Canada it's not. So a house that is 2000 square ft. would have to be around 30 ft. wide by 33.4 ft long that equals 1002 square feet...then if the 2nd floor is the same size that would make the house 2004 square feet.Writer: JENNYB

How many 80 lbs bags of concrete equal 2.5 yrds?

101 bags, but you may want to pick up a couple of extra.

An 80 lb. bag of concrete yields about 2/3 of a cubic foot. So when you divide 27 (cubic yard) by .67 (2/3) you get 40.3 bags per cubic yard.

2 1/2 cubic yards= 101 bags.

Alternately, if you have specific measurements (like for a patio) you can use quikretes quantity calculator located here:
