Not all .. Situations are very different nowadays.. congress was leading few months ago but after the cm elections cm gehlot let down some of his voters. Loan waiever is not looking a successful idea.but mp election are very different so chances are very high for bjp. Congress inner politics conflict may suffer them a huge loss.
