How Many Speakers Are In A 2003 Lincoln Town Car

How to change a radiator in a '97 Lincoln Town car?

My radiator is leaking at the transmission lines, saw it when I changed my oil one day. I want to buy some radiator flush along with the radiator and coolant to flush the system. However, I wont get the engine and torque converter completely flushed with old coolant but that's ok. I plan on doing this around 6am one morning so the night before I will park my car in a desired parking space. Any tips, thoughts, or ideas on how to change my radiator. I know the serpentine belt, cooling fan, and fan shroud has to be removed. Thanks in advance!!

Remove a radio from 93 lincoln town car?

unbolt the ashtray and find the screws that hold it secure to the dashframe. Screwdriver socket remove 4 bolts and slide it out the front to unhook the rear plugs and antenae to get it completely out. Took me about 5 minutes on my 1994 Town Car. No special tool other than a socket to remove the radio.

How do you fix a CD player in a car that keeps ejecting disks?

If you have never fixed any electronics, you probably don't. You are going to have to buy a new one. There's a chance that it's just a bad part, but the parts are probably not available. I have 25 years of electronics repair and I would just buy a new one.

What are the effects of driving a car with a misfiring cylinder?

OK. I am a gear head who loves working on cars and has done so since the 1960’s.If a cylinder is misfiring because of an ignition problem you will, in the short term, just experience a loss of power increase your fuel consumption. In the longer term, continuing to drive it that way could destroy a coil and cost you more money. If, however, the misfire is caused by an injector problem, you could seriously damage your engine. Running that cylinder too lean will cause it to overheat and potentially damage the valve or the piston. If it is running excessively rich the unburned fuel could be washing the lubrication off of the cylinder walls leading to severe wear. In either case, repairing the damage will be expensive.NEVER drive a car that has a problem. NEVER drive a car in which the Check Engine light is on. If the Check Engine light begins to flash, SHUT OFF THE ENGINE, NOW! A problem that to you seems small, if not repaired, can cause a lot of damage that will be very expensive to fix.Read your car’s manual. Do exactly what it recommends. Find a mechanic you trust. Doing preventive maintenance will cost you a lot less than repairing the damage caused by neglecting to keep your car serviced.

Where is the factory amplifier located in a 2010 lincoln MKZ?

It depends if its the base speakers or the upgraded one..

If its the base model radio than it wont have an amp as its built into the radio.

If its the upgraded one with more than 4 speakers (4 tweeters, 4 mid range and a sub) it would be in the top of the trunk or mounted on the back of the rear seats.

. Sit down in the trunk and look up; underneith the rear window. There will be a plastic rack type thing in which has a bolt on the side that holds it up.

Disconnect/remove speaker in the dash of a 2000-2005 cadillac deville?

o need to eather dissconnect or remove the speaker in the middle of the dash in my 2000 Deville. my uncle said i might just be able to snip a wire from the wire harnes which would be easy but i wouldnt know what wire to cut. but i may want to replace the speaker in the future so i dont really wanna do that.

So to be able to remove it do i need to take off the whole dash to access the screws to get out, or can i just pop off the metal covering above the dash and unscrew it like that?

What is that fork like thing that King Triton holds in the little mermaid?

Does leaving phone chargers plugged in a car overnight deplete the car's battery?

By “audio jack”, do you mean a device that sends audio to the FM radio in your car?If your car’s cigarette lighter socket stays live even when you shut off your car, then yes, it will draw power from the battery. Even with no phone plugged in, a charger draws a little current. If the “audio jack” is an FM transmitter, then it draws the same current whether there is audio going through it or not. Will it drain your battery? Only if your battery is so close to dead that it might not start the car even if you didn’t leave those things plugged in. Even the FM transmitter should only draw 10 to 30mA and the charger a tenth of that, that is a guess. Your car battery is likely 50Ah or more (don’t confuse amp-hour ratings with CCA aka cold cranking amperage). Most cars shut off the lighter socket when the ignition is off, in which case it doesn’t matter what is plugged into it when the car is off.
