its hard to say because it also depends on how far its going. but i read your other question and it is in-state so you dont need to worry about distance. the problem though is your weight estimate. its at that point that is iffy and could go either way of being too heavy or light. because 1 lb = 16 oz. if your package is 13 oz (it very well could be), then you can ship it first class mail, which is only about $3.41 i think. so you would only need 8 stamps total (stamps are $0.44 currently). every ounce less than 13 costs a little bit less. anything between 13-16oz will bump the price up to $5.10 (12 stamps total) anything over 1 lb (even 1 lb 1 oz) will be a few cents more. $5.15-5.20 (12 should still cover it) i think the best thing to do is actually go to the post office and pay at the counter so you dont over or underpay (package gets shipped back if they catch it).

That works out to 6.5 First Class stamps so you would need to use 7 stamps to fully cover the rate. I'm not sure where you are going to mail something on Sunday and Monday is Labor Day and Post offices are closed.
