How Much Calories Did I Ate Today And Do You Think Its Too Much

If i've only had 900 calories today... (easy 10 points!!)?

will i gain weight since i have not ate 1200 calories yet? i normally eat between 1200-1400 but today has been incredibly stressful and i've had no appetite.
will i really gain weight the next time i eat? or store all the fat i ate today insted of using it because my body thinks it in starvation mode?
its only one day though..

and i only ran 1 mile. nothing else. i just couldn't exercise my mind was racing too much.

so what should i do? if it is going to make me gain weight next time i eat, or store more fat should i just eat another 300 calories ? its already 9:30 pm.
what should i do?
thanks (:

im 17, 5'5'', and 125 pds if it matters

I binge ate 2000 calories today. I usually only eat up to 900 calories a day or less. I am thinking of fasting tomorrow. I have tried to purge but it didn't work. I hate myself for doing this. I am going to exercise for 1 1/2 hours. What should I do?

On first blush, it sounds like you have an eating disorder. As others have said here, 900 calories a day is nearly starvation level. First of all, you have to consider your basal metabolic rate (BMR). That’s how many calories your body burns just to keep you alive. For an 18 year old woman who weighs 100 pounds, your BMR is about 1250 calories per day (probably 1350 if you’re a man with the same dimensions). Like I said, that’s just to keep you alive. If you things like get out of bed, walk around, or work the TV remote, to say nothing of ride a bike or raise children, you’re going to need to take in a lot more than those 1250 calories. If you want to know your specific BMR, there are plenty of BMR calculators online. These will tell you the minimum number of calories you should intake each day just to remain part of the human race.Anyway, let’s say your BMR is 1250 and you took in 2000 calories. And lets assume you lived a normal, somewhat active life (you know, you weren’t 100% inert all day). You probably burnt another 500 calories on just your daily to-and-fro so you probably burnt about 1750 calories for the entire. That means you had a caloric excess of 250 calories. Since it takes 3500 calories in excess of your daily burn to add one pound to your body, you probably gained less than 1/10th of a pound. Given that you otherwise are trying to starve yourself, you could probably use that 1/10th of a pound.Oh, and by the way, doing abs isn’t going to do jack-diddly for your weight, except increase it as you add muscle mass (the result of ab work). Anyone who tells you can spot-reduce by “doing abs” is full of crap.

OMG i ate 3500 calories today!! help!!!?

Today is a special day for me so i was encountered by many difrent good foods. I gave into the temptations and ate it!
Now that im thinking about it i ate around 3500 calories today!
WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many calories did i ate today? and is it healthy?

1/2 cup of cereal (i already know how many calories = 220

chef salad with chuncks of turkey and cheese but no ranch or anything like that

and then planning to eat

2 tandarines

so how many calories am i going to intake today?

im also burning 230 calories daily (jogging and running) but im going to try more ;p

because i neeed to lose 20 pounds by summmer!

so tell me if im eating right and if i can make it! -_-"

I ate 4,000 calories today. Would those extra calories be stored as fat straight away?

You need 3500 calorie surplus to gain one pound of fat so if you eat 4000 calories and if you are active then your maintenance calorie is probably 3000 calories then you are only taking in 1000 calorie surplus. If you are active then that 1000 calorie surplus may be used for muscle glycogen and liver glycogen. If the 4000 calorie is very high in carbs, then most of it will probably be stored as glycogen first anyways especially if you are active.Another thing is that our body doesn't absorb all calories and some of it is probably not absorbed anyways. The key is to not panic and go back to regular eating. The worst thing you can do is to diet and over exercise which can cause a cycle of binge and "purge". 1000 or even 2000 calorie deficit in one day is essentially nothing in a grand scale of things.

I ate 2,700 calories today and didn't exercise. Will I gain a lot?

don't worry about it too much , you are too worried about your weight...
you are at the perfect weight and height and should be proud! wouldn't it be nice not to worry and think about food all day long....be like everyone else and enjoy food together not caring about the calories.... please try!!

Will eating too many calories today make me gain real weight?

Hey, hopefully I can help answer that question of yours! The truth is, eating over on calories for one day is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. And to be honest, it happens to most people! So you’re definitely not alone. With regard to your specific question, “will it make me gain real weight?” the answer is yes (sort of). Let me explain…Daily fluctuations in bodyweight are completely normal! So while you’re over on calories today by about 500, that’s roughly equivalent to 0.15 pounds (because 1 pound is 3,500 calories). So, if you weigh yourself tomorrow and you’re slightly above your “normal” weight, then that will explain why. However, day-to-day fluctuations in bodyweight (are normal, like I mentioned previously) so the reality is that every single day your weight will be changing - up, down, up, up, down...I think (let me know if I’m wrong) what you’re really asking is this: “will being over on calories today make me gain noticeable weight?”And that answer is no, definitely not. However, if you continue to eat 500 calories above your daily targets for an extended period of time, you can expect to gain weight at a rate of about 1 pound per week.Hope this helps!PS. Don’t sweat one day - it’s just one day :)

I'm freaking out. I think I ate too much today.?

I'm 15 years old, and I"m soo scared! I ate much more today than I usually do. I'm having a panic attack right now. I just can't believe this. Here's what I ate: (I think around 1300 calories, tell me if I"m wrong)
Breakfast: 2 small slices of cornbread and small fried egg
Lunch: Whole peanut butter and jelly sandwich (on wheat bread) and a medium sized banan
Snack: 5 apple slices, mini orange and some nuts
Dinner: One small wheat egg muffin with low calorie chick pea yogurt, some strips of chicken, and a fried egg.
Then, I went to swim practice for 1 1/2 hour. Came back home, and ATE ANOTHER SNACK.
Snack: Broccoli and fried egg
I'm FREAKING OUT. I'm literally having a panic attack. I'm crying right now. I'm 5'5, 101 pounds...and I"m probably gonna gain weight now. I can't, I don't want to be fat! Please help!
