I would say get a stroller because you're about to put your son in it instead of carrying him around and your two other children can hold on to the sides. If you don't want to get a stroller then, Get a beach bag or tote bag and carry it around. Make sure you always have your 3 year old with you at all times. the Gilroy outlets are probably the closest outlets and they have a huge Nike store as well ans timberlands and others Although id check out the Great Mall of Milpitas it techniclally osnt an outlet mall but they have a timberland as well as nike outlet stores there i however do my shopping at valley fair/santana row its a bit pricey but if yopu can afford it you get the best quality and style there

My wife, daughter and I went last week. Good variety of fair food and priced accordingly. I ate the Magic Wok with 2 entree's for about $10. Avg price from $4-12 per food item for all things at the fair. Drinks- Soda - $5-8 Water - $4 Ice Tea - $5 Beer - $8 Food bill for all of us for the day was about $90 and that covered one full meal and an afternoon snack.
