Your route by train is easiest Boston NYC Toronto London. As you do not give a specific day of travel you need to do your own scheduling. There is only one train a day between NYC and Toronto for the other parts there are many different departure times. Going by way of Montreal will probably be a longer total travel time . If you want to enjoy the scenery make it a circle trip going one way and coming back through the other crossing.
