If my boyfriend is 19 and I'm 16 will we get in trouble for it? If we get caught by other people but my parents are ok with it ?
I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 19 will we get in any sort of problems? My mom knows his age and we've had sex but if my boyfriend starts a prob with my cousin can she take him to jail if she tells on us dating? Cause he started cussing and her and telling her she ain't **** to Stfu. can she go to the cops and make a report on that and us dating she's 17 I don't want him going to jail

Here is the law not opinion: Here is how it works. Once someone turns 17 they can have sex with a 99 year old if that is what they like. It is not illegal for a 15 year old to have sex with a 21 year old, it is illegal for the 21 year old to have sex with a 15 year old. Make sense? For two people to legally have sex (or sexual contact - foreplay) with each other when one or both are under 17, there is what is called an affirmative defense (kinda like saying it is illegal unless...). The affirmative defense is: 1 there can be more more than a 3 year age difference. So it would be legal for both if one was 15 and the other is 18. It must be 3 years exactly. Not 3 years and one day. 2 Not a registered sex offender. 3 The "victim" must be 14 or older. So it is legal for a 14 year old and a 17 year old (if the other parts of the affirmative defense are true). 4 They must be of opposite sex. I got my boyfriend into trouble with his mom and dad and I'm freaking out! He walked me home today and stayed at my mine for a bit but time flew by and we didn't realise that it was nearly 7:30! He got shouted at by his dad and mom on the phone and grounded and it's all my fault and I feel really bad and worrying that they won't like me now. for those who did judge about me and my bf, i will think about the baby but the problem is if he does get into trouble who will be there for me and my baby and help me rise the kid. putting him in jail would just make everything worst for both me and my baby dont you think? because my parents are divorced and they are not good parents at all and i am more mature then most 14 yr olds because of all the **** i been through with my parents. and if i am pregnant my parents arent going to be worried about the baby im having they will worry more about getting my boyfriend into trouble because they try to do ruin everything and they make everything my fault. lets just say in my house im the only one who works, goes to school and gets good grades,and cleans the house. my stepmom is always telling ppl rumors about me so that is some of what goes on in my house so judge all you want because if u knew how my life has been u prolly wouldnt say the stuff you all been saying.

Holy **** people are so judgmental ! This girl is simply asking a question ! Accidents do happen people ! A Teen girl that is determined and has good support can raise a baby better than half of the adults that bring babies into this world . Sweetie , I don't think he will be in much trouble. I'm pretty sure you are not considered a minor because he is not 18 yet or wasnt when you guys made this blessing . I was fifteen and having sex with my at the time boyfriend that was 17 and sleeping at his house and stuff . At the time my Mom tried to say senwould call the police and stuff & my boyfriends mom ( who works in the court house ) said that they will only do something about it if your more than 3 years apart . I'm 16 and my boyfriend 18 will he get into trouble for getting me pregnant?
I was 15 when I got pregnant but I only found out I was a few days before my 16th. I rang up to make my first parental oppointment yesterday and the lady was really nice and very helpful, but she did ask what my boyfriends name was and how old he is! Does this mean his going to get into trouble. Also the lady asked me if I had ever had a social worker. What does this mean is going to happen? No nasty comments please. I'm just stressing myself out.x
