1. It really depends on your height, (but everyone is different!).
so if you're 5'0'' I would say you should lose about 60 pounds.
2. Don't diet! Just eat healthy! Diets exclude certain foods, and you should never do that. (even eating sweets occasionally is not bad.) I would aim for around 1300-1500 calories a day, eating 3 rounded meals and one snack. (don't EVER skip a meal, it only slows your metabolism which makes your body store more calories as fat.) eat smaller portions and swap out the junk / high cal foods for veggies and fruits.
3. there are special creams that you can buy to get rid of stretch marks. Just ask your doctor.

Remember that you need to talk to your parents/doctor before changing anything in your diet, and to get about 30 min of exercise in each day. Also, make sure that you keep up with the healthy eating even after you've lost all of your excess weight, otherwise you will gain it all back.

age: 16 (march 1996)
height: 5'5"
weight (lbs): 134.8 (~135)

on 16th july, i weighed 139.8, so about 140
seven days later, i've dropped 5 pounds. im 134.8 now

should i drop down to:
118 (what i used to weigh back in 2009-mid 2011)
124 (random number)
or
128 (my goal as of right now)

so I've lost 5 pounds but have not seen much of a difference. I'd like to see a difference (be slim/slender) but not be underweight. so what do you think I should aim for?

i want to have a body like Eleanor Calder. how much do you think she weighs? she's between 5'7 - 5'10, not sure about her weight but she seems perfect for me. i used to have a body just like hers and I'd like it back. x

Running is the best exercise to lose weight. Also, proper diet is essential. Make sure when doing a cardio workout such as running you raise your heart rate for 30 minutes at the minimum because your body won't start to burn fat before that. You should aim to lose about 40lbs. Sit-ups don't really burn fat, they just tone and build muscle which is pointless if they are still covered by fat.
