I went cold turkey on eating fast food and transformed my physique... I went from eating out 3 times per day breakfast, lunch and diner every single day... My weight ballooned but I couldn't care less... I lost my football playing body and became "a lump on a log"... I was the fit wide receiver running the 40 in 3.5 and benching double digits frequently... I turned into a chubby, chunky, and tubby person... Ever since that time 10 years or so I eliminated fast food from my diet... My weight improved and I dropped 50 pounds and regained some muscle that I used to have... So my tip to you is this... Eat right and know what is in your food... Worst case scenario if you are at work for 10 hours per day bring left overs, or a sandwich, or a salad... Try to avoid eating out because you don't know what they do to your food...
How Often Do You Eat Fast Food?
I eat Fast Food about once every 2-3 months, more during season when our food runners get breaks and go on "food runs", but other than that, it's less than that. And, it's basically out of total necessity and lack of preparation on my part, and sometimes, it's just an awful treat that my stomach revolts against the next morning!!! I don't like them very much, because I feel so sick the next day, too much of processed "God Knows What", and for a buck, I'm stupid for even eating it this much, but I do. Over the counter fast food, now, maybe twice a year. I batch cook and shop. Fast food now is pretty much dead to me. I eat it only when a I have no other option or I want a snack. Over the counter places to me are no different than glorified convenience stores with larger menus.
