How safe is Delta Airlines?

Thank you

Is Delta a safe airline to fly?

Delta is an extremely safe airline to fly with. Actually all of the major U.S. airlines are safe. Airlines have to follow strict maintenance rules otherwise their aircraft are grounded. Pilots are also well-trained. After all their lives are also at risk.

Is the Delta Airlines md88 safe?

Not to be rude or anything, but what kinda of question is this? Of course they're safe maby out-dated but not "unsafe!" If they were unsafe they wouldn't let them fly. And if Delta didn't inspect them regularly, and put hundreds of lives at risk they could be fined f a lot of money, like billions of dollars, by the FAA. So to answer your question, yes they are very safe!

Is Delta airlines a good/safe airline?

I'm flying from Newark to Daytona Beach in a few months and i was wondering if it's a safe airline. I'm mostly worried about the plane crashing, and losing my bags, i don't really care about the food.(if there even is any) I'm flying as an unaccompanied minor and there's one stop in Georgia i think, so would the chances of me losing my baggage be greater? Im only 15 and i really don't want to deal with that all by myself :(

Delta airlines, any good?

Delta is average (no different from United or American) and they are the airline I usually fly with since they have the most flights out of where I live. Sometimes you can get a good flight crew where everyone is upbeat but I have also had flights where the flight attendants are rude and it shows that they don't want to be there. I am thinking they will fly either the 757 or 767-300 on this route and I would recommend you bring a book or magazine with you to read or at least try to get some sleep. Transcontinental flights are long and since you are flying to California, you will be gaining time so it is best to get a nap in so you can better adjust to the time change.

I would say you should try flying JetBlue or Virgin America next time on a transcontinental flight. Those airlines have better service, more legroom in economy class, a personal in-flight entertainment system in each seat and JetBlue allows the first checked bag to fly for free.

Why Didn't Delta Airlines HIRE Me?

No you should not call Delta and demand another interview.
Just because you have the experience that you have doesn't mean you are a shoe in for any job. For what ever reason you didn't get the job.
At least you got an email to let you know so you didn't have your hopes up.

I've had a 2nd interview and was so sure they were going to hire me and fly me to Utah for training because both interviewers were really taken with me and praised me before I left and told me I was their number one choice. Ask me what kind of vehicle I would prefer, could I be ready to go on Monday, what kind of attire to pack for the trip etc. etc... I went out and bought some new clothes for the job and Never got a call back, email or a refusal letter. Sometimes the answer is just "NO" or nothing at all. Yes it is unprofessional but sometimes you just have to get past the disappointment and move on.

Luckily you have many other options to choose from in the airline industry so if one tells you no find one that will tell you yes.
You can come across as confident but from what you wrote it does sound a bit cocky. Tone down just a little you don't have to go over all your accomplishments because it is probably already in your resume.
They don't owe you a job just because they contacted you.
Sometimes its just a matter of getting enough interviews and I've had a woman like you had. Trust me it is very hard to have an interview with someone who has the personality of a wet wash rag but you just have to puddle through. A nice tone and trying to get a few pleasantries in there can help break the ice a bit.

Don't worry so much just get in there and find a job with another airlines. You'll do fine! Good luck
