Your earthnet adapter is only for a LAN connection. If you are trying to connect via wireless try your firewall I had that problem it blocked my connection. If it's not that check you have the hardware installed on your computer. If you do have it try looking on the back of your hub for the Web address it should start http:// go into it and check your security on 1 of my laptops I have to change it to WAN for mine to connect. Note though that once you do change security your password to connect will change write it down also the wifi will disconnect all devices connected and in range in at that time and you will not be able to reconnect until all said devices have typed in the same passwords. I actually thought i knackered my wifi Google it that's how I learned just don't delete anything unless you know what it is 100%
