Your options are devices like a video camera or a computer (with a screen recorder). Sorry. But that's the way it is. Do check out Explain Everything, though. If your pupose is to educate by doing stuff in an app and have all that saved as a video. This comes close. A kid version of this would be Toontastic. In the past, a few apps slipped through that could do what you are asking, but Apple kills them once they know it does what you are asking for. It's against their sandbox right now.But, you can do it with an app if you jailbreak your device. Since none Apple-provided APIs will allow you to do this.
