How To Get Six Packs Abs Without Going To Gym

How to get a six pack without going to the gym?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

How can i get abs without going to the gym?

No. Try this quick workout. It's basic but intense and effectively targets your entire core for strong abs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkD9LwDBW...

You also have to pay close attention to your diet. Eat very healthy with lots of fruits and veggies. Have lean protein and healthy carbs every time you eat. Cut out all sweet, junk, processed, fried, and fast foods. Drink just plain water.

Will i get six pack abs without diet ?

Cut down on carbs and have 5 fist size portions of protein a day (supliment obviously :)

How can i get a six pack abs without dieting?

To get your abs to show you need to do 1 or both of 2 things....

1- Drop bodyfat% by reducing calories/ increasing cardio

2- Build your abs to expose them through existing bodyfat

Do weighted crunches- your abs do not have a long contraction range of motion, so sit-ups are overkill. Lay flat on the floor, knees in the air, and spread your legs to disengage your hip flexors (so your abs do ALL the work). Set a heavy dumbell on your chest (or hold a weight plate behind your head) and do intense crunches. Powerful on the way up, and very slow on the way down. Do these until failure, about 3-4 sets will do the trick.

Your abs will be SORE!!!! Now give them 4-6 days to heal. What you will end up with is what looks like billiard balls jutting out your stomach. Making your abs bigger will make them show even with a higher bodyfat percentage. THEN, if you drop bodyfat you will look like a chiseled marble statue!

What gym work outs will get me a six pack/Abs?

you cant just do crunches that is a lie. You need cardio to make your abs show. Mix cardio and ab workouts together. for an hour-2 hours 4 days a week, allow yourself some rest overwise your muscles will not repair them selves. eat healthy and drink fluids. do not drink sports drinks, drink milk after a workout it repairs your muscles twice as fast. Great cardio and ab exercises combined can be found on youtube ''jillian micheals'', listen to her whilst you exercise she knows what shes talking about. ''Pop pilates on youtube'' is great for ab exercises after cardio.

How can a 15 year old boy get a six-pack abs and pecs without going to the gym?

If you are 15 and feel skinny scrawny, you're probably growing a lot so it'll be hard because your body is naturally using up a ton of calories. You'll have to make sure you are eating enough for exercise to help give you more muscle. I was like that in HS and didn't fill out until college. If that's not your problem and you feel you look soft you'll need to track what you eat and eliminate junk food along with exercise. Given your question I expect you've already done that.

I would do a ton of situps/pushups/pullups/dumbells. easy enough to do in your room or garage.

Start with 4 sets of 50 reps of situps. I like to mix in opposite elbow to knee. Between those sets I would do sets of pushups as many as you can do consistently throughout the routine. Vary the spacing of your hands to make it harder or easier...no breaks. You can also play with mixing in different inclines with a milk crate or something. Try to do 1-2 more each workout and by the end you shouldn't be able to hold yourself up. I would do pullups whenever I entered or left the room. Dumbells as many as you can while you are sitting around watching TV. In all exercises pay attention to form.
