How do I get unbanned from Black Ops 2 PC?
You can't no matter what even if you create a new account even use a friends account and you might even risk getting your friend banned if you try using his account and they find it being used at the same IP or whatever it won't matter because they banned your IP Address so until you get a brand spanking new clean IP address you won't be able to play Black Ops 2. In fact you may be banned from all future Call Of Duty Games... Just like the person above me said....just like saying "I was testing a nuclear bomb, But Hey i didn't kill anybody" You broke there TOS and now you have to pay for it... Don't do the crime unless your willing to do the time... Also along with you being banned for life, You were also reported to the console manufacturers. PC users on Steam will be reported to the Steam enforcement team. & They will be keeping an eye out for you for whenever your IP Buys any new games made by those companies... The only thing i can suggest is you contact COD BO2 and send a message to the support team but here is what it says under their banning policy...
