How can I change my phone number with Chase?
I have a checking account with Chase bank and I got a new phone a while ago. How can I change numbers to get text notifications and check my balance and all that instead of always having to use my brothers phone?(which is my old one that gets texts from chase)

It may be our fault for signing the documents. It was not properly explained. This was a refinance that we specifically requested the ability to sell at anytime. We expressed a willingness to pay a higher rate in order to not have this problem. The writer assured us that we could sell at anytime but it would cost us a higher interest rate. Our interest rate is in the 9%'s. We did use a realtor and we do have the Title Co. making phone calls. Unfortunately, the PPP was discovered late into this transaction. Chase's lower end reps told us it shouldn't be a problem since we are selling and not refinancing, but their supervisors tell us the opposite.

call the 1-800 # on back and go thru the prompts until you get a customer service rep. there should be somewhere where the automated service asks you to customize your pin,and then you can enter your own pin # which might be easier to remember than the one they usually send in the mail at a different time than your card and they do that for security reasons. you could possibly go on the internet as well and do online banking there should be a link or something to activate a new pin # as well

I was in my locker room in school and happened to loose my wallet in there (lockers are all locked; not allowed to use them) and the wallet has allll of my information in there . My mom is starting to trust me to do and remember things on my own so I had put a paper in my Wallet with my ssn,my debit pin and card number so I won't forget it . The card had no money on it but I get child support from my day every month . Maybe 3 days later i find my wallet in the locker room, but placed somewhere else im afraid someone can be doing or did something with my information . What should I do?

Find chase's phone number off the web (chase.com) and call them. They'll be able to look up your account information simply by providing the Social Security # of the owner. If the account is in your mom's name, let her know that you lost it so she can call chase. Chase will de-activate your old card and re-send you a new one in about 1.5 weeks.
