How To Go To Central Colleges Of The Philippines From Rotonda Quezon City

Need direction.. how to go to Central Colleges of the Philippines in Aurora Blvd if I am from Manila City Hall?

If you're commuting, take a cab, it's easier. If not, then take a jeep or FX. You'll find the jeeps right in front of the Mehan Garden. Take a Cubao-, Proj. 6-, or SM West-bound jeep. The FXs are right in between SM Manila and Manila City Hall. Do the same thing. Tell the driver you're getting down at Morayta. The fares, I think, are minimum. P7 for the jeep and P12 for the FX.

Get down at Morayta (aka Nicanor Reyes). Walk the short length of Morayta and cross Recto Ave.

Take a Cubao-bound jeep. The fare is around P10. I think there are no FXs plying this route. Tell the driver you're getting down at CCP. You should not miss it. It is before UERM and after SM City Sta. Mesa, V. Mapa, and G. Araneta.

Hope this helps.

Has anyone taken the Angeles University Foundation entrance exam lately, known as the AUFCAT?

AUFCAT is so easy! Well there are 4 subjects which are Maths, English, Science and IQ tests... English is alright, Maths is like easy middle/high school level, Science was the hardest so have to study, physics, chemistry and biology & the IQ test the easiest!!! It's a 100% guarantee pass if you're a foreigner as well! Cuz they accept any foreign students cuz they pay 50% more than local students fee (Money talks in this country, and no kidding). although it's still cheap compared to other countries University fees such as Australia, UK, USA & etc...

I'm very confident that your wife will get in without any problem whatsoever~ so don't worry! :)

BSBAA in Uni. of philippines? or ateneo?

Should i go to UP for BSBAA or ateneo (idk what the equivalent of BSBAA program is in ateneo)

I'm specifically looking at which college is going to help me get into american universities for my MBA because that is where I plan to work unless some rich multi-national company offers me really good job in philippines.

my other questions would be..
I was looking into the curriculum for management in ateneo and the BSBAA is UP, i've realized that UP is more focused on the degree. The only problem with ateneo was that they require theo and philosophy classes, i know it helps and broadens your perpectives BUT i dont think these classes transfer to American curriculum.
It looked like UP offered more courses on the actual major so does that mean UP graduates know more??

another would be..
Am i allowed to choose my classes in both UP or Ateneo? or is there a SET schedule of courses that I am required to take. Are there anything like electives?? like if you wished t branch out of your major?

last one lol..
in ateneo.. if i was planning to take BS in management, how would i take a minor in accountancy as well, how would that fit into my schedule? would i be taking summer classes or prolong my stay as a college student?

last last one..
are there different times of classes? or do they all start at 7:30

pls help, dnt care if you dont answer all of them. I am desperate for answers D: T>T

Do they wear uniform at la salle college of saint benilde in the Philippines?

On the uniforms:
YES - for certain selected programs under the following schools SHRIM (Hotel & Restaurant) & SMS (Multi-disciplinary Studies); and
NO - for SDEAS (Deaf), SDA (Design), SMIT (Management & IT), SPACE (professional & continuing education)

On the "Business Management" good course to take:
Contrary to the previous answers, DLS-CSB offers through the School of Management & Information Technology (SMIT) quite a good mix of Business Management - related courses catering to a specific area of choice such as:

BSBA-CA (area of computer applications)
BSBA-EM (area of export mgt)
BSBA-HRM (area of human resource mgt)
BSBA-BM (business mgt) under the night program called Career Development Program
BSBA-MM (marketing mgt) also under the CDP night program

On what students wear to school:
In my opinion, students are encouraged to wear clothes that are comfortable, presentable, and professional. Additionally, allow me to quote the Brother-President on his thoughts about the dress code:

"Call me old-fashioned, but I don’t believe that students should come to school in the same type of attire or footwear that they use when they are in the privacy of their homes. Schools are public spaces where life-habits are being molded and attitudes are being strengthened. By the time students are in college, they are on the road to becoming professionals. It seems to me, then, that their attire should reflect the seriousness they bring to these important challenges.

Moreover, if—and we all should—bring the Lasallian spirit of faith into what we’re about, we would come to realize that schools are holy ground where the experience of God is mediated through human relationships. Can we afford to dress sloppily when something that important is taking place?

In addition, let me say up front that I prefer that students wear uniforms. Why? Because uniforms are a good equalizer that do not promote unhealthy commercialism. When you’re wearing a uniform you don’t have to worry about name brands or making comparisons. As a result everyone feels at ease, and in a Lasallian school everyone should feel welcome and accepted." -- Victor Franco, FSC

Hope this helps... ;-)

Meron ba tao naka bagsak sa test sa saint benilde?

yes meron bumabagsak.. i saw a few people who went to the school for reconsideration. i don't think they reject you just because you failed the exam. i think they also reject you if your high school transcript sucked/ good morals.. i talked to some parent in the guidance office before and she said that her son is loko loko tlga in high school but graduated in la salle zobel i think. i think his problem was the bad records or good morals. basta parang ganun but not the test ata. well at least that's what his mom told me.

their test is fairly easy. the test is just like in any other school but a little easier compared to la salle main. and NO i will not recommend you to guess all the answers because you will definitely fail! just study your high school lessons and you'll be fine.
