How To Lift My Lifetime Ban. Can I Pay It Upon Arrival In Dubai

How can i remove my lifetime ban for dubai?

Without any offense please but you made the bed - now lay in it.

First of all, after termination/cancellation of your visa you were suppose to leave the country within 30 days. Did you even receive a NoC from your former employer to take a new employment after termination?

If you had to pay a "huge" amount you must have overstayed your visa for a long period of time because the penalty for overstaying a residence visa is AED 25 only. After the 30 days time period you became an illegal no matter how and what you tried to explain to the Immigration office. Overstaying is a fact and the reason for doing so is irrelevant. On top you refused to pay the penalty which could have been reduced 50% through court and got deported.

After deportation you have to stay outside the country for 5 years before you can apply for lifting the ban at the Ministry of Interior.

You should have done as said by Word of Mouse to avoid the situation you are in now.

All the best.

How to lift my lifetime ban. can i pay it upon arrival in dubai?

I was slapped with a 22,500aed fines by the immigration in dubai for my 4 months of overstaying. when i finished my contract with my employer, there is one company that offerred me to work, but because of some problems in their documents (license and in municipality), they find it hard to give visas to staff. i decided to go back home because of the fear of being caught for illegal working. when i approached the immigration to settle my fines of what i knew is only 3,400aed only, i was shocked when immigration told me that i have 22,500aed fines. i ended up in al aweer immigration, got my iris scan and told of having a lifetime ban unless i pay the said amount of fines. not having such amount, i stayed in the deportation facility for 2 weeks and left uae. i dont have any criminal records and debts in uae. two months then, i received an offer from another company that knew me well, and they are willing to pay my fines. my question is, can the company able to get an employment (temporary)visa for me? and upon my arrival in dubai, will i approach the immigration that i am willing to pay the fines (my employer), and go to court to reduce the fines?

Please help me.
