When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Lost 20 pounds in 4 days by..............

I made a bowl of oatmeal, you can add raisins, peaches, or strawberries if you must, and milk is ok too. But make one bowl size of oatmeal about two servings within one bowl.

Breakfast take some oatmeal out of that bowl, and eat it.

Lunch, take some oatmeal out of that bowl and eat it.

Snack can be a piece of fruit or a half of can of fruit, or something that is about 150 calories or less.

Dinner- eat whats left in that bowl from earlier.


After homework, or phone talk, jump rope - Do a total of 200 jumps........doesn't matter if you mess up on 5 counts just keep going!

Do 40 crunches

A total of 50 jumping jacks

No soda or diet soda only tea allowed!

Jog in place for 10 min Straight and if you fail try again!

march with your knees high for just 15 min.



This is hard...........but if your serious do it, but if you feel overworked...THEN QUIT! lol I did this only for four days!






If you want a easier way to lose weight with out exercising, but you will lose 1-2 pounds no matter what a day...........I swear by this!!!

Breakfast: Oatmeal fix it how you would always, and a egg.......the egg is a must also...really.

Lunch- Tuna with mustard

Dinner- Mustard with tuna

You can have up to five tuna cans a day.


You will lose 1-2 pounds daily..............but its hard to stick to when you want to eat other stuff.*This diet came from a Harverd study on weight loss. I did it and I weighed everyday...works.

first you have understand something- do not be panic, be patient. just focus on your goal. make small goals, like in one week you will loss half pound, next week's goal 1 pound, and so on.

change your food habit. eat not more than 1200 calories a day. try fresh fruit, juice, vegetables. avoid potato, coconut, banana, beef, prawn or pork.

go for crash diet once a month only for 3-4days.

join a gym. if you can not, do not worry. go for a walk. walk as fast as you can. start with 15 minutes, then gradually increase time. each day add 5 minutes. after your walk, do freehand exercise and yoga.

there is a workout plan for you:

7-10min= stretching

15-20min= fly,Biceps Curl, Triceps Curl, Forward Arm Raise
(all these=30 repetations)

20-25min=Basic Crunch, Reverse Curl, Full Crunch, Squats, Rear Leg Lifts
(all these=30 repetations)

30min= yoga (try 6-8 postures, DO NOT forget to do the Corpse Pose after every pose)

doing yoga after 30 mins of walking or after any workout is really very very effective for loosing weight.

if you are very busy and dont have much time to spend 75-80 min for working out then go for a 30min of walking and then do yoga. it works really very fast.

i have lost 5 kgs (11 pounds) in last 2 months by doing these things.

do not worry, be patient and simply focus on your small targets.

Probably not--but walking a lot for a period of six months would still be great for your health and help you lose weight.

Weight loss depends on the balance between calories taken in and calories used up through exercise. A pound of fat is 3,500 calories. Eat 500 calories a day less, and you lose a pound a week. Eat 500 less per day and exercise enough to burn 500, and you lose two pounds a week.

Calories burned depends on velocity and on the weight moved. (Physics, ugh.) For example, walking or jogging:
3.0 miles/hour (20 min./mile) burns .027 calories per pound per minute
3.5 miles/hour (17 min./mile) burns .033 calories per pound per minute
4.0 miles/hour (15 min./mile) burns .042 calories per pound per minute
4.5 miles/hour (13 min./mile) burns .047 calories per pound per minute

So if you walk a 20-minute mild, which is a brisk-enough walk for someone overweight and out of shape, you burn 6.399 calories per minute while you weight 237. A pound of weight loss would take just under 547 minutes of walking--more than nine hours. 100 pounds times 9 hours per pound is 900 hours, or very nearly five hours of walking per day. Of course, as the pounds come off you burn fewer calories per minute, so your time would need to increase the lighter you got.

The upshot is that exercise is terrific, but real weight loss requires a change in eating habits.

What food should I eat to lose 75 pounds in 2 months?

How long would it take to lose 100 pounds with ketosis and intermittent fasting when you're 230+ pounds?

I was a 238, 5′ 9.5″ man 48yr old with a sit at your desk all day job. I lost 20lb rather quickly with a keto diet. Then for 4 months I stalled at 219 inspite of the keto diet. Then I went to 24hr Intermittent fasting, almost immediately I started dropping about 4–5lb a week. Now 4 months of a stall could have had me retain water while losing fat and hence the high rate. Then 28 days of 24 hr fasts later, I did fasts of 2, 3, 5, 8, 6, 9, 9, 20 and in that 3 month period I lost 70 lb. I’d consider up to 100hr as intermittent fast and longer than that as long term fasts. So depending on your definition you may see more than me or less than me with keto and IF. Depends on how keto, and how IF as well as your initial hormone levels. Stuff like Whey and soy are accepted on Keto, but prevent weight loss due to their insulin and estrogen producing ability. I find fasting more powerful than keto, but keto diet should be real complete food, not made up junk. Leafy veggies and meat.

Here is what you need to do if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Lose weight) and you will have more energry.

If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have any or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross country skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension) (YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. So your body doesnt go into starvation mode, YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF.

If you stick with this you will have a great body. also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonalds, Wendys, etc because there is nothing good for you on the menus - even the salads are bad (bacon bits, cheese, dressing, etc)
