oh yes definitely i did last jan 07 and actually WITHOUT
exercise so do not just go for peeps addicted to the whole OH "I MUST JOIN A GYM/EXERCISE DAILY TO LOSE ALOT OF Weight"it's all caca....
then again i also had help PRO ACTOL i am on currently but last year i had use black ice with ephedra supplement and
then mid year LIPO 6,and i was losing like LOCO no exercise so YES you can lose your weight fast!

JACK FROOT LOOP OR SPECIAL K RAISIN BRAN AND

15 pounds in 4 monts is very attainable goal, but make sure you keep the same level of motivation throughout those four months.

Basically if you want to lose weight, you should focus on diet and training program. When I mention these two, I don't say that you have to start some hardcore diet. No way, I don't want that, neither I want other to stick with that hardcore !@#$.

Right, so when I mean diet, I just want that you would control what you eat. One of my friends - professional bodybuilder once sad to me -

Low Carb/Protein Rich diet + Cardio exercises = 6 pack abs

And you know what? This formula works. You have to make sure that you consume enough proteins when you're on your weight loss journey. If your body doesn't have enough proteins, you won't lose fat but you will lose muscle mass and trust me - you don't want that.

Well what about the training program. hmmm 20 minutes per day is enough. If you will exercise 20 minutes per day you will burn about 400 calories which is alright if you want to lose 15 pounds in 4 months.
