That doesn't work.When you upload a set of photos (three or more), yes, Facebook will show a three-paneled window in your newsfeed. If you upload one or two, it only shows one in the newsfeed. Apparently they though the side-by-side arrangement looked stupid.When people view the image by clicking on it, they can easily see the next image by clicking next. It is only the newsfeed where you can't show both at the same time.I'm not convinced that this used to work. It's been this way since they introduced the album upload three-set about a year ago.

Well, the only way to do that is Hide from Timeline, and it seems to work for me (my wife doesn't see the story on the feed afterwards). Maybe it's hit or miss, but really, are you changing your cover every 5 minutes or something? It's not spammy if you're changing it every few days. That said, I'm not really sure why facebook insists on broadcasting that activity. No one really cares. Anyway, if you need to change your cover AGAIN, go to https://apps.facebook.com/timeline_covers and create one.
