How To Make My Scar Fade Away

How can i make my cut scars fade or go away?

I'd like to say it was simply for research, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't more than that. I cut myself. I used a razor blade from my new razor and cut myself about 18 times along my arm. Not really deep, more like intense paper cuts, but sloppy. Now I feel as trashy as I did seeing as to when I was actually doing it. All size differently, some about 1 inch long, others about 3 or 2 cm long. I'm fine, I'm not cutting anymore, this was a first time event. They really are a bother. I can't wear short sleeves or anything nice and I have myself to blame. Is there any way I could reduce the appearance of the scar? Medication, cream, balm? I use my mother's tattoo balm over my new scars. She told me once it prevents scarring but I don't even know if what I'm doing is safe. She found out, but hasn't seen them. I simply refuse, I know she cares but I have no intention on asking her anything. I can't, it'd be like cutting myself over again but deeper. I need help.. This is my last resort.

How can i make scars fade away?

Maderma is a great type of Scar cream to get scars away. Just go to your local Chemist or farmestest and ask them for "Maderma cream".
It works great!
For instence, when I was 9, I went to New York and I got a HUGE cut. So I started putting Maderma* on it. And it worked so good! I recomend it for any scars!
I don't know they all work but I know Mederma does. It doesn't take it 100% away but fades it alot! I have a scar on my arm and used it soon as the wound healed and it has become much less noticeable. The dermatologist told me to use it. I am sure they have prescription creams as well.I think only laser surgery would ever really make it go away all together. They may have other operations they can do too. Mederma isn't cheap though its almost 40usd for a bottle and its not big. But it does help a good amount especially if the scar isn't really old. You can get a coupon online here

Will this scar fade away?

it won't fade easily..but the raised parts will probably flatten out and the redness will go quickly as well...if it is a deep and big scar ,its most likely be on your skin forever..however if its tiny...it will fade away slowly (not completely) after a couple of years..also u can try scar creams such as bio-oil which makes it fade quickly..hope this answer helps...

When does a pink scar fade away?

A week ago, a piece of lumber with nails in it fell on my face and cut me pretty deep. It healed remarkably fast, with the scabs coming off by themselves in five days. The leftover scar is a bright pink colour. I was wondering how long it takes for pink scars to face away?

I don't mind the scar, just that pink colour makes it look so fresh. Is there anything I can do to make the pink heal faster?

Why do scars fade over time?

Your skin sheds over time. I always thought I heard that within a 28 day period you have completely shed your skin and have new skin when compared to 28 days prior.Scars form when the deep layers of the skin are aggravated. Spending on the healing process and how you treated the wound will depend on the formation or skin that sealed over the spot.To reduce the poor look of a scar it’s best to get stitches if a dermatologist seems it necessary. After that, applying Vaseline for two weeks and cleaning and reapplying every 24 hours will help the skin heal from the inside. Then within 6–8 weeks the red spot should fade to your natural skin color. Applying scar cream helps.Tanning your skin naturally may help to even out the two skin tones over time.I had a ski accident and it ripped open my forehead. I got stitches… applied he Vaseline… and use scar cream. Within 6 months you couldn’t even tell my skin was ripped open.

How can I clear my skin fade away scars and blemishes?

In order to treat acne marks and scars, it's helpful to learn how to distinguish between the two. "What many people don’t realize is that a dark or pink mark on the skin is not actually an acne scar. Inflammation in the skin often leaves behind a stain as part of the natural healing process. The inflammation revs up pigment production, creating the mark that fades on its own over several weeks to months," says dermatologist and 2018 Acne Awards judge Dr. Joshua Zeichner. Unlike scars, these are smooth to the touch (AKA, not raised or indented), and signify that there is no permanent collagen damage to the skin.

Would tanning make scars go away?

no dear, you will only make them look more visible.

BIO OIL,

Seriously, it is cheap but highly, highly effective. I never believed it would work, but over about a year it totally got rid of the hideous scars on my legs. It is also great on stretch marks...

Trust me, it takes a while to work as it increases how quickly layers and skin grow. Use it everyday (more if you have time) and exfoliate everyday. Works a treat.

Will a surgery scar fade away on the inside of my lip?

I just had a minor laser surgery on the inside of my lip to remove a mucocele. The stitches are still in it and it's even still swollen.
But my question is, once the stitches are out and the swelling is down in a couple weeks. Will there be a visible scar from where the surgeon made the incisions?
I heard that the mouth heals differently and so there won't be a visible scar.
Anyone experience this before?
