So after I went to the hospital because of a big gallstone attack I had, they scanned me and found an 11mm gallstone in my gallbladder. According to my surgeon, I need to have my gallbladder removed. Gall stones are frequently asymptomatic. Just because they show up on an Ultrasound doesn't mean they have to be removed. Unfortunately surgeons remove the gall bladder instead of just the stones. You may want to google gall bladder flush and see if it makes sense to you. I have never tried this procedure but know some folks that swear by it. They have even shown me what was flushed.
