How To Obtain A Soundtrack That Has Never Been Officially Released

Mamma Mia Soundtrack with Chiquitita, I Do, and waterloo?

I am sorry to say that the soundtrack you (and I!) so desire will probably never be released. The soundtrack was recorded a few months before film production started, which explains the missing tracks and the extra track (The Name of the Game), so it is unlikely that the missing songs were ever officially recorded. It is even more unlikely that the actors will return to the studio to record the missing tracks.

However, I would like to offer some consolation: 1)The previously deleted Name of the Game musical number will be included on the DVD release 2)I Have A Dream is included on the original soundtrack, with Thank You For The Music as a hidden track. 3)Universal Studios has expressed interest in making a sequel to Mamma Mia!, so fingers crossed :)

Has a pop artist ever released an album in which each song has been a hit?

Yes, but it depends how you define a hit.Is something a hit if it merely charts on the Billboard Hot 100 for a single week or does it have to appear in the top 10 for several weeks and gain significant radio airplay? In the old days of Thriller, Bad, Born In The USA (7 top 10 hits), & the Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack, a song would have to be officially released as a single for it to be eligible for the Hot 100 (which meant it was more difficult for a song to hit the charts). So the best case scenario in those days were 7 or so singles from an album would be a hit.Now a days, if a major artist releases a new album (such as Drake, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, or Justin Beiber in recent years), every single song from the album will chart on the Hot 100. The weighting of digital streaming & digital downloads on today’s music charts pretty much guarantees that nearly every song from a major artist album release can chart simultaneously on the Hot 100 during the week of the album’s release. For example, check out the following weeks. These are weeks in which an artist had 10 or more songs charting on the Hot 100 simultaneously.Justin Bieber - Music: Top 100 Songs | Billboard Hot 100 Chart Drake - Music: Top 100 Songs | Billboard Hot 100 ChartTaylor Swift - Music: Top 100 Songs | Billboard Hot 100 ChartThe Weekend - Music: Top 100 Songs | Billboard Hot 100 ChartEd Sheeran - Music: Top 100 Songs | Billboard Hot 100 ChartKendrick Lamar - Music: Top 100 Songs | Billboard Hot 100 Chart

Will there ever be an official release of the Star Wars Holiday Special?

What a question. So, in a perfect world, I think there should be. As sick as I am of Holiday Special jokes (ha ha ha ha ha ha ha you made a joke about the Wookiee porn, nobody has ever made that joke before in the last 30 years, ha ha ha ha ha ), showing the ability to laugh at yourself alongside the fans isn’t a bad thing. I’d argue that’s a thing worth celebrating. We don’t live in a perfect world, though, we live in the world where Thanos decided it was perfectly rational to kill half the universe’s population to deal with an imagined resource shortage. Distributing things costs money and distribution rights are often ambiguous.Disney and Lucasfilm would need data suggesting that there’s a large enough demand for this product to make it worth putting in a box in a store somewhere. Putting it on streaming services would be more doable, but, realistically, maybe it’s not such a wise idea to put your own Asylum knockoff film next to the ones that’re actually good as if it were an equally valuable asset, especially given the special’s age and lack of relevance to current-era products. Sure, you’ve got the adults who enjoy it ironically, but then some kid yells, “Grandma, Grandma, can we get it?” and then finds out later that it’s a crappy TV special from the 1970’s and everyone’s good time is just ruined. It’s kind of a confusing move, and a big risk for the sake of being in on a joke by a relatively small part of the fandom.Maybe they could do limited runs based on pre-orders, something that could filter out the folks who really, really want it versus the folks who would buy it by mistake. But, there’s another problem.I don’t know who actually has the distribution rights for the Holiday Special. Lucasfilm might own it, but … I’m gonna say it’s likely that they don’t. They weren’t the production company, Fox television wasn’t the network it aired on, and Lucas did not place any special priority on the rights to what was, to him, the biggest embarrassment of the whole franchise. In the event that they don’t already have the rights to the Holiday Special, getting them back would entail a lot of very sophisticated negotiations for … one really really bad TV special from the 1970’s. Just the one.The sad truth is, this is probably neither practical nor worth anyone’s time. I would suggest that the fact that they don’t crack down on all the unofficial copies floating around or all the unofficial screenings is probably the best you can hope for.

Need help about a rap song with DMX and Cam'ron...?

I think the song was called "Pull It" with Cam'ron and DMX. I don't remember exactly when it was out but I think it was late 90s. It had the lyrics "he was only 8, but I hate kids". Does anyone know what album that was on?

I can't find it anywhere. I've checked Cam'ron's "Confessions of Fire" and both of DMX's first two major releases with no luck. I've also heard it was on a Clue tape or a soundtrack but I need to know definitely:
A. What album it was on and
B. Where I can get it

What is the name of the song at the end credits of 'The Boondock Saints' ?

I know there was never any official soundtrack released, so I've been finding the songs one by one. I've gotten all the ones I want now except for the end credits..

If anyone would help me out it'd be nice.

Where can I find piano sheet music for the song Rose Confession off of the Phantasy Star Online Soundtrack?

Well, if it is not available as a LEGAL, purchaseable sheet music book/single sheet/digital download or from the local library's music department, then it is not (yet) available at all. ALL sorts of fan-made tabs, tutorials, sheet music scans, letterings and transcripts of copyrighted music are not only ILLEGAL, but also very often both INCORRECT and INCOMPLETE, so please use only official sheet music.

Anyone know where I can find the song "Suki Yaki Hot Saki Sue" from the movie the Last Dragon?

I have a copy of the Last Dragon soundtrack on disc. Got it off e-bay. I can burn you a copy if you want - no charge. E-mail me with your address and I will gladly send it to you.

Update: Just checked my CDs. Sorry - you are right. It's not on there. You know how you listen to something so much you just convince yourself that it is there but really is not. Good luck in your search.

How many songs have been recorded since the beginning of time?

To answer this question I'm using the itunes library of music. Now for all I know there could be twice that amount of music recorded on this planet right now. But.. for the sake of argument lets stick with itunes. The itunes library has 26 millions songs. Lets say the average size of each song is 3mb and the average length is 3 minutes. The storage size for all these songs would be 76171.875 GB or 74.38 Terabytes. The total length of all these songs would be 1,300,000 hours or 54166.66 days or 148.3 years. So in our individual lifetimes it would be impossible to listen to the complete itunes library, let alone every recorded song since the beginning of time. Hope this helps.
