Does Best Buy sell gaming PC?
I have been looking around for a while and cant seem to find any gaming pcs in my town i want one this week and dont want to order one Does best buy sell them. ? I have a compaq presario cq5500f pc 2g memory 500g hard drive, can i buy a graphics card to run games? i ran the fallout new Vegas and it almost went ok but was kinda choppy. i want to play the new games like battlefield and star wars all i really have is best buy, target at such. how can i be gaming by the weekend ? If best buy doesn't sell the hardcore gaming pcs do they at least have one that will work?

It's worth $300 at the minimum. I think it's possible to get $400 out of it but that depends on if you luck out and find a buyer who's sold on the FX-8320. You could ask $400 for the system and then entertain offers. The FX-8320 isn't terrible for gaming and in games that use a lot of threads it does well enough to get you a decent framerate. Fortnite and many other games would actually do quite well with this system. If you add up the value of the parts which 'answerer' laid out, it does come to around $300 but that depends on the Windows 10 product key and if you can find a cheap case. If I am patient and shop craigslist, I might find someone who's selling those parts or comparable parts for cheaper. $300 is a typical price for a used gaming PC with parts like that. In the end, it might be hard to sell the system for 300. What you get for it depends on your local economy. On my local craigslist there are 2 fully built PC's with an FX 8320. The one with a GTX 970, 8gb of RAM, 500w power supply, 1tb HDD is going for $400. The 2nd PC with a GTX 760, 8gb of RAM, Asus 970 motherboard going for $260.
Good gaming PC under 1000?
I was looking to get a decent gaming PC, hoping to spend under 1000 USD. I haven't payed much attention to hardware for the past couple years and I have no idea what would be good. I'd even settle for a good brand to look at, or would it be better to just buy the parts from a site like NewEgg?
Should I sell my ps4 (plus games) for a new pc?
Me never having a pc and my laptop recently breaking... I was wondering if I should sell my ps4 + multiple games for a new rig... I do not know much about pcs and I was told I could take out my processer from my laptop for the rig (it is a Intel Celeron N2920 Quad core), is this true I could take it out and use it? And the pros and cons of selling my ps4 for a pc + your opinion on the me doing so.
