How To Set Up Email On Outlook

How do I set up the Zoho email in Outlook?

Hi,If you want to switch your Zoho email account in Outlook, then you can use SysTools Zoho Backup Tool. Using this software, you can easily backup entire Zoho mailbox data such as Inbox, Drafts, Trash, etc. into PST format. After that, you can directly import the PST file into Microsoft Outlook.I think it will be surely helpful to perform migration.Thanks & RegardsLindsey Smith

Set up outlook with comcast email?

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
Select POP3, and then click Next.
Under User Information, do the following:In the Your Name box, type your full name the way you want it to appear to other people.
In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail user name followed by @comcast.net.
Under Server Information, do the following:In the Incoming mail server (POP3) box, type mail.comcast.net.
In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type smtp.comcast.net.
Under Logon Information, do the following:In the User Name box, type your user name provided by Comcast.
In the Password box, type your password.
Select the Remember password check box.

Note You have the option to have Outlook remember your password by typing it in the Password box and selecting the Remember password check box. Having Outlook remember your password means that you won't have to type your password each time you access the account; however, it also means that the account is vulnerable to anyone who has access to your computer. Use strong passwords that combine upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Weak passwords don't mix these elements. Strong password: Y6dh!et5. Weak password: House27. Use a strong password that you can remember so that you don't have to write it down.
To verify that your account is working, click Test Account Settings. If there is missing or incorrect information, such as your password, you will be prompted to supply or correct it. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
Click More Settings.
On the General tab, under Mail Account, type Comcast.

Note If you are attempting to send and receive Comcast e-mail messages from a location where you are not directly connected to Comcast, such as at work or when travelling, see the Notes section for additional steps.
Click OK, and then click Next.
Click Finish.

How can we set up a recurring email in Outlook? The recurring email feature should even work when Outlook is closed.

You can do this by writing a script that launches Outlook, then creates and sends the message.  You can then use Windows Task Scheduler to run that script at whatever interval you want.  The script would be something like thisConst olMailItem = 0

Dim olkApp, olkSes, olkMsg

Set olkApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
Set olkSes = olkApp.GetNamespace("MAPI")
olkSes.Logon olkApp.DefaultProfileName
Set olkMsg = olkApp.CreateItem(olMailItem)
With olkMsg
.To = "List of Addresses"
.Subject = "Your Subject"
.HTMLBody = "Your Message"
.Send
End With
olkSes.Logoff
Set olkMsg = Nothing
Set olkSes = Nothing
Set olkApp = Nothing
