You could plug the phone into iTunes, then make a back up of it. If you have plugged the phone into iTunes before, you shouldn't run into any issues. If not, you should get the phone repaired. How to hard reset my Iphone5 with a broken lock screen button and a frozen screen?
I have the Assistive touch enabled, but I can't even reset my phone because my Notification Center is stuck halfway down my screen and it won't move. I'm not able to swipe upwards to dismiss it or drag it down, and the other half of the screen that's still showing is unresponsive, so I can't go to settings or unlock my phone or anything. I've tried holding down the lock button in Assistive touch and the home button at the same time to try and hard reset my phone but nothing happened. I'm thinking of just letting it die, but I can't even see the battery percentage because the Notification Center is blocking it. What can I do to fix this?

Iphone 4s still works but black screen?
My Iphone 4s somehow is not working properly. I know it still works because when I plug it in the computer everything is still works fine like how it use to, but the phone itself is just a black screen. I turn it on and off and the logo comes on and i can hear it unlock and lock when i unlock and lock it (with the black screen, I just approximate where the slide to unlock is), I hear notifications and all but its still just a black screen, I can't see anything. Does anyone know how to fix this? I saw online some people had this issue before but I couldn't find any solid solution, I've placed it in uncooked rice, sunlight, used the hair dryer on low for a few minutes, still the same...

even if u think of something, they still will try to get out of replacing it. its a business, they don't like to lose. if u like arguing then prepare to do so for a while, that's probably the only way they'll give in, just to shut u up lol cracked glass sucks and hard to prove was an accident. id say direct sunlight. like say it was out for a few hours and when u came back it cracked. and call them, don't show it to someone at a store they'll take one look and see if ur lying.

Is there any way I can get photos from a broken iPhone?
So i have an iPhone 4 that I dropped, and the back of it cracked. After I dropped it the screen wouldn't light up so eventually I purchased a new phone. I'm now trying to get pictures off of my old phone but when I plug it into my mac it says I need the password, which I can obviously not put into the phone, because I can't see what I'm doing. I tried the Gihosoft iPhone recovery app and it says "Your iOS device is encrypted with iTunes backup. Please enter the password here to unlock it." I've put in my apple ID password and my phone password but it won't work. I then downloaded the Jihosoft unlocker and it says "the iTunes backup file do not encryption". Any help?
