How to set nokia X2-01 password like when you unlock the keypad, it will ask for password, is there a way to d?

Go into Setting> Phone setting> Keyguard setting>
- Automatic keyguard : ON (activate)
- Set Delay : ex 00:15 (this will make auto lock after 15 seconds no key touch) > OK.
- Keyguard Code > Security code : 12345
OK > ON. Finish. Now,your keylock will need you to key in 12345 to unlock it.
To change it to your own code ,goto Setting> Security Setting> Change access code> Change Security Code>

- enter new security code : key in your own code (ex 1999) ok.Enter again to verify (1999)ok.Finish.Now,you need to key in 1999 to unlock your keypad, instead of 12345.
(pls note that the original security code is 12345.if that code didnt work that mean your Nokia's original code has been changed)

How can i know if my ISP is blocking P2P (torrents) connections?

Sounds like traffic shaping to me. The keyword here is "depending on the hour". You could still download half-decently in the morning, it's just that it's slow at heavy usage hours, so that means you are not blocked. You can test if your internet traffic is being shaped by your ISP by using this website: Glasnost: Test if your ISP is shaping your traffic, but keep in mind that there is probably little to none that you can do to prevent this unless you switch to a different ISP. If the ISP is traffic shaping, it is most likely a company policy and they won't budge to a complaint.

If my number is blocked by someone, will I hear a busy tone whenever I call?

If you repeatedly, on calling a Number, hear a ring & gets disconnected or says “user is busy”, in India, YES, The USER has blocked you. PERIOD.Its highly unlikely that without the USERs knowledge such a thing can ever happen. You have been intentionally BLOCKED by this USER. REASON must be known & if you have to, then call & politely ask for the reason to get a “CLOSURE”. But in INDIA, a great deal of NONSENSE goes on and the USER may even deny blocking you.So, Is the CARRIER or someone in between doing something FISHY?YES, its quiet likely, highly possible that many a fishy things happen in India. SO, if it matters to you really, then ask the USER, & then confront the Carrier.SIMPLE DIY HACK to get UNBLOCKED (by mutual consent of 2 USERS):Follow this hack, part of DIY methods to fix things without relying on dead-end, harrasing, plain stupid Carrier reps. I do these to get around TECH & make sure reliance on Indian service personnel is completely avoided. In the case of your calls being BLOCKED & if you're sure that somehow your number has been ditched by a known contact, confirm that your friend or associate hasn't personally blocked you. Once that's confirmed & you want to unblock yourself from the hassle, get your associate, on whose number your contact has been blocked, to follow these steps to quickly solve the issue.1 - Dial ##002# from phone dialer app.2- Press Dial button which activates & executes the command.3- Switch off the phone after a minute or so.4- Remove SIM card from tray & reinsert after a minute.5- Switch On the mobile. The phone is reset (only the call settings, nothing else gets affected including your user data). The UNBLOCKING of various numbers if blocked earlier would be reverted back.

How can you use FaceTime internationally?

My daughter lives in a far away country in Europe. The house where they live in has the WiFi bands crowded. We usually FaceTime with the kids through WiFi connections, but sometimes through GSM internet, since it gives her much better quality. Some notes:FaceTime is without country borders. (Automatically = you do not need to care about where the other person is or how they connect.)FaceTime needs an internet connection on both ends. It can be WiFi or even through telco phone internet when you don’t want to use WiFi.If your iPad or Mac is connected to WiFi, it can also initiate and receive FaceTime calls. Bigger screen iPads are perfect for video calls.FaceTime needs to call a phone number or a mail address or an Apple id to connect to someone else. Till today it is limited to Apple devices at both ends.It builds up the calls automatically, you just need to have the contact person in your contacts. Then when you call, just tell the iPhone (or an other iDevice) that you want to use FaceTime and not the normal phone call. To build up the connection during a call it needs to send an SMS or eMail, but I have been using it for years now and did not see any mention of such costs on my bills. You can use FaceTime even without video, just for audio calls. The calls are encrypted at both ends. So others can’t listen in.Its little sister, iMessage has similar characteristics. In iOS 10 iMessage got even better. The quality of the calls is good. FaceTime and iMessage is maintained by Apple, and are totally free to use.FaceTime is for direct communications (you have to pick up the call to use it), iMessage is indirect (you don’t need to be at the other end when it is happening, can join in later into the conversations).iMessage is great for sending text, photos, videos, documents (even Word files or Excel spreadsheets), PDF files, voice files, music and lots of other materials to your family or friends or colleagues, to people you can put into group conversations. (Again, this all is encrypted.)
