How to send email from dropbox?
I am not sure what you are exactly looking for because one can easily share any folder to another person, but I think you want to share a single document which was not possible in the past. However now you can make links to files or folders in your Dropbox and you can easily share any file or folder to anyone even he or she doesn't use dropbox. We are a community planning group. We get a lot of mail from the County of San Diego and instead of everybody getting dozens of information every day that individual members are not interested in. Can we use the drop box for that? We also do not have a monetary budget to pay for a service and need a free one. Can everybody add to the drop box to share information? Is the Cloud a better way to go about this?
