How can I get a domicile certificate of West Bengal for the TFW scheme for college admission? My mom is from WB, and my father is from Assam. My mom's whole family still lives in West Bengal.
Doesnt matter where your mother form. U or your parents must lived in WB for 10 yrs. Then only you are eligible for domicile.
Will the TFW certificate be valid if it is made after the announcement of WBJEE results?

Other than the points which are already mentioned by Sukesh, I would like to mention that there is a TFW scheme under WBJEE which is reserved for West Bengal domicile candidates. If you take admission under TFW quota in any college then you don't have to pay the tution fees. But other fees are need to be paid.Edit: Your annual income should be less than 2.5 lakhs to be eligible for TFW scheme. For that you have to show an additional proforma for income certificate as a proof of your annual income.

There are very few Tution fee Waiver (TFW) seats in each branch which are given according to your CML rank.So the first criteria is to secure a good rank.Next, in the prospectus you get, there must have been a maximum family income criteria for TFW seats’ eligibility. At my time it was 6 LPA. You need to carry an income certificate stating the same at the counselling. Just that ; )
What is a Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme?
As per AICTE notification fee waiver seats for economically weaker meritorious candidates are also available in B.Tech./ B.Pharm./B.HMCT/B.FAD/BFA courses in all institutions affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow. No tuition fee will be charged from the candidates admitted against such seats. The fee waiver seats will be limited to maximum of 5% of the approved intake in the course, and will be over and above of the sanctioned intake. The economically weaker students must submit certificate no. 12 (Income Certificate) at the time of verification of documents. No Tuition Fee Waiver seats are available for B.Arch.
