I Binged And Now I Feel Sick

Binge eating..I feel so sick!!?

I am 18 I was anorexic for 1 1/2.And now I had been binge eating(without purging!) for about a 1 1/2. I eat really healthy like all week(dont deprive myself of the foods I want either). Then about once a week a binge comes on and I feel out of control.I eat until I feel so sick I cant stand, cant eat another bite & when I burp it comes back up.I tried figureing out what triggers it and I really dont know what it is! I know it normaly occurs when I am feeling really fat/bloated and bad about myself. It occurs every week!!!. I feel super sick physicaly the next day & feel super bloated a couple days after.Does any one else have this problem? How do I end this?I try to distract myself yet I find myself eating anyways). How do I feel better(not so sick & puffy) the day after a binge?

Example of one of my binges:
whole pizza
tons of ice cream
mini candy bars
jar of peanut butter
3pudding cups

Or like todays binge:
Oatmeal, peanut butter,1/2box of cake batter with iceing,2reese's cups,5oreo cookies, slice of pizza,2fruit smoothies, bowl of cereal, hand full of hershy kiss's,Frenchtoast bites & I know I am forgetting stuff..And I dont have the option of not having this stuff in the house.. I FEEL SOO SICK HELP! What can I do to feel better? What is this doing to my body(im not fat in ANY way)..I feel sick! = (

I just binged and i hate myself??!?

I've been eating around 1000 calories everyday and running for a while but today I was at a potluck thing and I ended up eating 2 pieces of pizza and 4 cookies and now I feel like throwing up I feel so sick and I hate myself for eating so much. Am I going to gain weight from this?? And also how can I stop myself from binging in the future?

I ate too much candy and chocolate now i feel sick?

Haha, yeah i binged today. Its easter and i ate WAY too much candy. I ate one full solid chocolate bunny, half of a hollow chocolate bunny, two Cadbury eggs, a small slice of cheesecake and a few jelly beans. I feel awful. My stomach is so upset. I feel really nauseous but i HATE vomiting. Any ideas to help cure this sugar hangover?

I feel sick because I ate way too much cake, pie, and cookies... what now?!?

I was really stressed out earlier, and since it was just my birthday a few days ago, I had a lot of sweets around... I pretty much binged. I was alright initially, but about an hour later I "crashed" and now I feel very sick. Tired, achey, irritable, I'm having the sugar blues. Besides drinking lots of water, is there anything I could do to feel better faster? Would exercise help at this point? Should I eat protein even though I am completely full? Any ideas are appreciated!

btw, I'm not worried about the calories or my weight or anything like that, I just want to feel better cuz I'm going out tonight and I want to be fresh!

Is it normal for anorexics to binge?

Binge eating is not normal behavior.Anorexics need to up their calories, but bingeing is not the way to do it as bingeing itself is a really unhealthy habit. Bingeing is eating a huge amount of foods until physical discomfort and then feeling the need to starve after that (guilt, remorse and feeling gross). That would be replacing one unhealthy habit (not eating) with another one (eating until feeling sick). The way anorexics can heal themselves is to stop fearing and avoiding foods. They should also gradually add more caloric dense foods into their diet and eat more calories at every meal, not just occasionally like binge eaters do. That can easily be done by adding calorie dense foods, like cheese, nuts and seeds, nut butters, oil, butter and other foods into diets.ā€“ā€“ā€“Iā€™m the owner of Urban Jane, where I help women to become extremely confident in their own skin through smart exercise, healthy eating and strong mindset.

Well i fxcked up, 1000+ calorie binge? what do i do and will i gain noticeable weight?

To start off, I am 16, 5'2 and between 105 and 110 pounds. I look like I weigh more than I actually do due to the fact that I never exercise (I'm going to change that in the summer, but for now, my life is too stressful and i dont have time ): ) and my body structure (wide hips, broad shoulders).
For the past two weeks, I've eaten under 1200 calories every day and cut all processed food out of my diet. I pretty much only ate brown rice, cooked veggies, fruit, raw veggies, tofu, nuts, organic pb, almond milk.. stuff like that.
Well, today I had a huge binge. I ate (i'm guessing) over well over 1300 calories within an hour. It was just a long day and I was having some friendship and family drama all at once. I felt fat and bloated all day and in one sitting I ate a TON of junk. greek yogurt, cookies, chips, granola bars.. yes, I did crave them but this was ridiculous. i just shoved them down my throat without feeling anything. all the products i ate were "organic" as in no preservatives or high fructose corn syrup but i know they are still bad due to the high amount of carbs and sugar and all that.
anyway, my total calorie intake for today is probably around 2400 calories. i feel sick now. what do i do? do i just pretend it never happened or will this incident make me gain weight..? should i eat less tomorrow to "make up" for today?
