Will i lose my photos and all of my data if my digitizer is replaced?

The digitizer is basically what allows your finger to be recognized by the screen. Its essentially a layer over the screen which tells the phone where you clicked.

The lcd shows you things. The lcd itself will not work as it doesn't know where your clicking. Thats where the digitizer comes in.

The pictures you see are stored deep inside your phone, you can even access it with the screen off. Plug it into your computer with the usb cable and you should be able to go into

Internal Storage --> DCIM --> Camera and all your pictures are gonna be there.
