Is there a way to forward an email as a reply to an email on outlook?

Yes.First, make sure that Outlook is not taking up your full screen; resize the mailbox window if necessary.Select the message you want to reply to and click the Reply button to open a reply window. Make sure it is arranged on the screen so that it is not 100% overlapping with the mailbox window.Now, go back to your mailbox window, find the email that you want to forward, click on it to select it and, while continuing to hold the mouse button down, drag the message from the mailbox window until your cursor is over the reply window. When you release the mouse button, the selected message will be inserted into your reply as a forwarded message file. Recipients will see it as an attachment.

Are others having problems compose, replying, and forward emails?

A couple of days ago there was a brief outage that effected a very small number of users. Since I cannot replicate this problem in your account currently, and see you've since sent mail and received mail, it seems likely you were temporarily effected by this outage.

I assure you the nature of the problem has been fully repaired, and you shouldn't experience this issue again.

Users named "mdeunamuno" and "Marjorie" suggested a temporary solution: downgrade to "Basic" mail by using the "gear" symbol on the upper right of the Yahoo Mail page, then the Settings. I tried it and it works! I was able to send an email!

Just for grins, I'll share my theory:
Remember that the current Yahoo CEO was an executive at Google just two years ago. I suspect that Google sent her to Yahoo with the task of destroyin Yahoo Mail so that everyone would move to Google Mail!

I cant compose or reply to emails?

I have experienced the same issues today, receiving emails, but unable to respond or create new emails, the message I receive is 'try again later', but how much later? I've been trying for 4 hours. The blank new email page opens, but won't allow me to type anywhere on it, it prevents me from typing in the address bar and the subject bar.

Some of these may not apply to your problem
Test with a different supported browser. If you experienced problems in Internet Explorer, try accessing your Yahoo! Mail in Firefox or Chrome to see if the problem resolves itself.
if your problem involves the send button not being highlighted, then when you are ready to send mail, move your cursor over the name of the person you are sending to and click or double click on it, that should release the send button.

You can also try to save the mail to the draft folder and then send from there.

You can update your IE, try to get the latest version. If you have latest version and have problem, then get an older version.

Also update your Java and Flash players.

Clean out your cache; go to your anti virus program and tools and select clean system now.

De frag system after all is updated and cleaned out.

Hi, Your Yahoo Account may have been Hacked, this is happening to people all over the Yahoo network.

ANYWAY HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:-

You need to contact Yahoo by Email

This can be done by clicking on HELP at the Bottom Right Hand side of the Yahoo page.

Then Click on Mail, or whatever one is best for you, then click on GET HELP for Customer Care, Bottom Right hand side of page.

Fill in Category, the page will then reload for you to click on the Sub Category,

Make sure you fill in Briefly tell us how we can help, press Enter.

Then for more help Click on EMAIL A SUPPORT AGENT.

There will be a form to fill in.

Then yahoo will contact you at a different email address you need to give them, they need this to give you instructions regarding your yahoo account.

This email address CANNOT be a yahoo email one. You need to create a new one either Google, Hotmail, etc.

You will also be asked to create a new password.

Why i still can not compose or reply email after yahoo showed me how to fix it?

The first thing we would like you to try is disabling Add-ons/Plugins.

If you're running Internet Explorer 8.0:

1. Click "Tools" and select "Internet Options".
2. Click the "Advanced" tab on the right.
3. Under "Browsing", remove the "Enable third-party browser extensions"
check box.
4. Click "OK" and close out of all instances of Internet Explorer.
5. Relaunch Internet Explorer.

Once this is completed, please try accessing your account again. If the
issue persists, the second thing we would like you to try is clearing
your cookies and cache.

Internet Explorer 8.0 for Windows:

1. Choose "Internet Options..." from IE's Tools menu.
2. Click on "Delete" under "Browsing History".
3. Place a check in the "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies" and
"History" checkboxes
4. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
5. Close and re-start your browser.

If you're still unable to use Yahoo! Mail after trying these
