I'd say about 50 years. We'd have to build a bunch of factories and mines, ways to transport everything, a new electrical grid, etc... First thing to do would be to invent the printing press. In some ways we'd be better off since we'd still have all the knowledge in our heads. We could avoid going down the wrong path on a lot of things.
