Can people tell when you click on their ask.fm link?
Nope... it's normal to be paranoid (like you are right now) about these things but simply for Ask.fm, they cannot tell when you viewed there page. For things like Tumblr, people CAN add certain things that can see which IP someone viewed your profile from. Not Ask.fm tho...

Someone hacked into my ask.fm account and has been saying rude things.?
Recently a friend has been telling me that someone has been calling her names and such, i logged onto my ask.fm account to see what these things were? They were very mean including "go kill yourself." i was very upset, then a notification popped up saying she answered my question?? But i never asked a question? Someone has been using my ask.fm account to haze and bully my bestfriend. I told my parents IMMEDIATELY after finding out about this. After a talk with them they said change your password and delete your account, ik you cant delete your account so i tried to log on and de-activate it when my password was changed. I now have no access to my OWN ask.fm account. Im very worried about what will be said next. Is their anything i can do?

I don't understand it myself, as i am one of those (minority) that objects using those kind of unnecessary social media. (well even though my girlfriend use Ask and Answer - ASKfm and sarahah too, still not quite like it, but, you know there's nothing i can do to change her anyway)Well, but you should know first about indonesian teenager. Most of them are addicted to this kind of new technology. I myself admit that indonesia is having a change of social value especially for those teenager. Lets just say we are easy to follow the trends, if those cool kids in our area using this then we should also use this, thats what i think is going on their mind.So to speak, we develop a strange yet popular behaviour called ‘kepo'. It is when you are having too much curiousity over something, in this case someone too. Indonesian teenager find it relaxing to ask someone without approaching them personally by using Ask and Answer - ASKfm and sarahah for examples. Some also develop a mindset that the more i get ask or likes the more popular i am. The worst is some of them also use this-supposed-social-media to a negative things like bullying, gossiping, etc.I myself couldn't believe it, when i ask my girlfriend why she start using sarahah, and then she replied, “ well my other friends using it and say it is interesting so i give it a try”.From this point it should have give you an answer to this question.
