This is quite common. You’ll match with someone and after a couple message, they go silent. It’s just a sign that they either didn’t think the two of you will click well or they want to pursue other options. It happens quite often and common sense would say unmatch, but very few do this. It also scans apps for well known vulnerabilities and will warn the user if it is a malicious app. It is pretty much mandatory, at this point, to have physical access to the device to install a backdoor app. Also, it isn't recommended to use this advice for nefarious intentions!
