So I'm 16, and during my parents divorce, it came out that my dad, isn't actually my biological dad, and he adopted me when I was still a toddler. However, I recently got my G1 and I needed my birth certificate, on it has my "dads" last name and not my biological dads, do you get a new one after a name change?

Dear PE: Go back to Scott's and have the accounting dept change your address so that next Jan you get your W2. Ask them if you can pull it on-line. (saves many days). Also make sure the old post office has a forwarding address. I currently hold a provisional license, im due to move house soon, how do i go about notifying dvla about my change of address? and what steps will i need to take? will i have to get the address on my actual license changed or just the address they have on record (the address they will send my renewal letters to etc etc as i hold a license that needs to be renewed every 3 years) is it a lengthy process? as im about to take my driving test so if it requires me sending my license off i cant really do it anytime soon, but i dont want to get my full license then have to mess around changing it also. thanks
