What should I do if I'm not able to receive an OTP for Aadhar services?
As of I know,and till date in all of my AADHAR verification process through OTP,I have received the OTP within few seconds..but there may be some circumstances where you probably may not recieve the message..If the number provided by you and registered in your AADHAR are different..If your network is out of service..If your mobile is switched off..If your network is in a heavy network traffic jam..If there are some technical issues of your operater network..If messaging services is disabled by your phone..If you have activated flight mode on your phone..If you have eventually blocked the UIDAI number..If call and messaging service is banned by the local govt for due to the implementation emergency act 144..Yes these are the case where you may not recieve your OTP In time..But nothing to be worried..there are two different ways that you can use as an alternative to the OTP..1st is please register your mail id on your AADHAR card that you can recieve the OTP in yóur both mobile and mail..2nd is download the MAADHAR app from playstore for Android or Apple store for iphone..Now link your AADHAR with the app..now you can see an TOTP..which is a number just like OTP..and you can use it instead of OTP..and the number is valid for 30 second only..and in each 30 second it continuously changes…Hope it'll help you..thanx and regards..
Boost sent me a text message that said text message not received due to low balance does that mean I didn't receive a text from someone?
Does that mean if someone sent me a text message that I couldn't see it because I have a low balance and because my phone is off? Usually if my phone is off I could still see the text messages that someone sent me but instead it just said text message not received due to low balance.
