I Found A Medium Size Wolf Spider My Room

Pregnant wolf spider in my room?

Wolf spiders do not infest homes. Some times, they will wander indoors (mostly males in search of mates) but will eventually go back outside (or quickly perish).
I would just leave her alone, she means no harm.
The only reason you fear spider is because you have brainwashed yourself to do so.
If you were to think of them as something like cats or dogs (which in most cases are by far more dangerous), instead of terrible demons, perhaps you could see them the way I (and many other people) see them. After the many spiders I have handled, I can tell you with certainty they are some of the gentlest creatures, only biting when very severely provoked, and in some cases, not even then.
The best thing to do would be to catch her and release her outside, wolf spiders, again, don't do too well indoors and often quickly perish. You might watch this woman handling one:

See, they are not monsters.I currently have one in captivity for observations (trying to identify the spider to exact species).
Heres some images of wolf spiders, just for the hell of it:

Rather than doing your research on google, which most of the results are myths, hype, fearmongering, and lies, try it on the following websites: wikipedia.com, bugguide.net, spiders.us, and spiderzrule
I really hope this answer opened your eyes to the vast and fascinating world of spiders.
EDIT:
@Ariel, wolf spiders are not indoor spiders and do not infest homes.

Help, there is a wolf spider in my room.?

I found a wolf spider the size of a small toy, but it was still big and all. I just keep on making excuses to stay away from it. Wolf spiders can't really harm you, but they still are venomous. I'm really tired, its 4:36 a.m. It was just beside my bed. Should I just take my chances and sleep? It's just the thought of a creature with the appearance like that is going to be right beside you while you sleep.

Omg i found a big spider on my wall by my bed!?

last night like at 12 there was a BIG spider in my room omn my wall right by my bed. of course i screamed and slep in my sisters room. i HATE spiders. t was big and black, not a blackwidowthough. anyways, today i cleaned and washed my room looked everywhere for the spder to try and kill it, but i couldnt find it anywhere! and i hope it doesnt come back in my room tonight. do spiders sualy retrace the steps they did the night before? and what can i do to make sure the stupid spider doesnt come back?

Theres a wolf spider hiding in my room i cant find it i cant sleep in there wat do i do?

Pack your bags for a couple of days. (Get the things you need out of your room). Shut your door. Put towels on the crack underneath your door so the spider cannot get out. Campout in the livingroom/spare room for a few days until the spider dies. Then you can search for it or hire professional help.

Should I keep a spider in my room?

There is no problem in having spiders in one's room but of course that is depending a bit on which spiders you're talking about. Some species can get rather aggressive but these are very unlikely to hang around your home for too long. In Brazil accidents during sleep with wandering wolf spiders are among the most frequent, so these are better put away. Surely you will always have some spiders in your room whether you like it -- or see them -- or not.On a side comment, the videos you saw with hundreds of spiders running about were possibly showing opiliones which are other animals with a very different biology. There are several videos ‘going viral' showing opiliones while calling them spiders. These are harmless animals, by the way.

How do you get rid of wolf spiders in the house?

Depends - first of all, are these Wolf Spiders?  Wolf Spiders are kind of uncommon in houses, but there are several other kinds of spiders that people can mistake for them that are often found in houses.  The most common house-living spider that sort of looks like a Wolf Spider is the funnelweaver Tegenaria domestica.  These harmless spiders are commonly found in basements, laundry rooms, etc. where they can make their sheetwebs undisturbed and nab the creepy-crawlies that wander around there.  The females stick close to their webs, but the adult males will wander around looking for love, and tend to get noticed, since they're fairly good-sized (about quarter-sized for a big adult).  If your spiders have two "exhaust pipe" spinnerets sticking out the back, they're an Agelenid sheet/funnelweaver, and the indoor version is one of the Tegenarias.  The slightly more sporty Agelenopsis and its relatives are mainly outdoor spiders, although, like Wolf Spiders, they occasionally wander indoors. In any event, all of these are completely harmless to us, and calling in an exterminator would be a bit of overkill - like burning your house down to get rid of paper wasps.  If you can't defeat your fears, and absolutely can't manage to live with spiders, try putting those sticky traps around the base of the walls, and in closets or under furniture.  The drawbacks are that anything that falls on them (in closets) will be affected by the sticky tanglefoot which is very hard to get off, and if you happen to step on one, it's not that pleasant.  The pluses are that you'll soon get a very good idea of what's living in your house with you (although you might not enjoy actually knowing that!), and it will help you keep the house clean, since a week-old mouse on a sticky trap smells pretty bad.  Personally, I only put the traps out in spring and fall when the mice decide they want to move in with us.  Our local House Mice have become too clever to fall for the snap-traps, and seem resistant to the D-con poison.  They still get caught by the tanglefoot, though - at least the young and dumb ones do.

LOST A HUGE SPIDER IN MY ROOM?!?

Ok so basically I was moving my bed around and this HUGE spider started to crawl on my bed from the back. I literally grabbed my phone and ran out of the room and don't know what to do. I normally don't really mind spiders but this one was literally HUGE. What shall I do? I don't wanna go back in my room, and definitely not sleep in my bed with a huge spider crawling about. I also don't know where it is but I know it's somewhere crawling on my bed, what shall I do?!?

Wolf spider in my room, can t go to sleep knowing he may be alive.?

So there was a spider in my room, my dad seen it says it was a wolf spider not harmful (I don t really know if that s true or not). He sprayed some very strong insect and bug spray underneath all the furniture and says he seen it run from under the couch to under the recliner and says he sprayed it and that it is more then likely dead. But I don t know that, I didn t see it die myself. I can t sleep and its getting late, I need to sleep for work tomorrow. How do I go to sleep knowing he s still probably dead but maybe alive and won t crawl on my things and get on my face while I m sleeping?

HUGE SPIDER IN MY ROOM. HELP!?!?!?

Just ignore the spider, it isn't going to bother you at all.
Perhaps you may find the spider tomorrow, then you can catch it and release it outside.
You don't give your location, so guessing what spider this could have been is impossible.
I can say that in north America, something as large as your hand would be quite harmless.
Spiders this big might have been a wolf spider, huntsman spider, fishing spider, or even a tarantula, all of which are very harmless. I wouldn't worry about it at all, and I would likely give it a name, maybe keep it for a pet.
