I Get Really Nauseous After I Go Running

Nausea, exhaustion, headaches, running nose, cough... Help me!?

I have the exact same thing, but it's only been a few days: a cold. Have you been eating/drinking "fatty" food or drinks? That could raise your blood pressure and thats causing the nausea.

Cure: lots of sleep and energy drinks, such as gatorade and juice.

:EDIT: When you feel nauseas, go eat something while sitting down. And see if that takes it away.

:EDIT2: I live in Australia, and recently found out Americans have gatorade, so I just assume it was world wide. Anyways, get some orange juice, but don't drink to much of it, as it contains a lot of sugar. Juice gives you your vitamin C. As for sleep, try and get time to, as it is a vital part of getting better quicker.

:EDIT3: If you want to keep updating your question, I'll be checking it a few times a day.

Why do I feel dizzy and nauseous when I run?

You need to drink A LOT of water BEFORE you run. Dizziness and Nausea are the key sign that you were dehydrating yourself. Your body needs the fuel to continue running and water or Gatorade will help. The reason why you felt dizzy and nauseous after you drank a lot of water after your run is because you were dehydrated before, and when you are dehydrated you need to slowly intake on water, taking small sips every 15 seconds to regain your strength, you aren't supposed to chug water after being dehydrated or it will only make you more sick. Being that you were probably out of breath after you ran, I am guessing that you tried chugging your water. Try this tip and I hope it helps!

Why did I feel nauseous after running?

That time of year has come around again where I have to run like for 1.5 or 2 miles. I was alright last year and although I was very tired i was able to keep running

But this year, i got very tired very easily. after i was done with it, I feel horrible and I felt like throwing up and I felt a bit dizzy.

WHY? i have it again soon so i dont want the same thing to happen. my time was horrible too..

Nausea from Basketball?

I would agree with the motion sickness tgeiry. Plus I woukd include an ear relation. You turn yoyr head alot in b-ball if your ears have fluid in them it could be contributing to the motion sickness.

Feel sick after running?

You are probably pushing yourself too hard.
Perhaps you are eating or drinking to much before you run and causing yourself an upset stomach or cramps.
Most likely though is that you aren't in the greatest shape and you are having a latic acid buildup...push yourself hard enough to increase your endurance but not too far to injure your self.
Pain is gain but know your limits.
